Funds not showing up

I had 2 payments come in today from the same person. One showed up, other still hasn't hit and it's been several hours. It's sitting at over 80 confirmations, and the balance on blockchain shows I have a little over 1 btc, but the balance on my electrum still shows around half that. I put under receive the amount, and it instantly showed paid with a green check mark. Still, nothing. Will I ever get this money?

Have you tried restarting Electum? It is weird that it doesn't show up.Can you see your address in the wallet? Is it synced? Are there any other(previous) transactions being shown?

Sent coin, not coming in.

Bought some coin off coinbase, and sent to send it to my eletrum wallet. Has confirmation, but nothing. Bottom left was at "syncing" for a long time, went to reload it after seeing 2 confirmations and nothing. Now it just shows my balance, but no money and no history that it was even sent.
