Re: Investing in ICO, still promising?
by
thycrypto

Not in this market. It is very low and I haven't heard of an ICO that came up doing as many gains recently. ICO projects are not bringing up what they said they will and their timelines have changed due to the bear market. The future of ICO is hard to tell now and projects will have to already be back and not just ideas anymore.

Re: Do not sell your crypto!

I am seeing a lot of people cashing out in this market. They are cleaning their portfolios. I am a little curious as to why in the low market. I feel like they are losing especially at what these projects were. I don't think the hype is there anymore for many projects and maybe thats why.

Re: NEO Vs Ripple

Honestly, both are a good investment. Both are also long-term. I think Ripple will always have a lasting value. They are constantly adding new companies to their portfolio and signing up new banks. NEO also has a lot of potential. I think you should research each and make the decision, it is the best when you like what you are investing in.

Re: Still believe in ICO ?

Less and less. It is getting worse because of FUD and ICO's are not reliable. First, they are not talking to people. ICO's are all behind the scenes. So technically not really ICO but it's private sales. Only influencers and people who can hold heavy pools get first dibs

Re: Why do people have no faith in ICO's?
by
thycrypto

ICO's come out and out of nowhere FUD can instantly dump it, true or not. That is why people are losing faith in them. They are not making sense and it is all about moon and making gains. But non-reliable teams are trying to hype something and make more people invest

All the funny stuff got annoying. When lambo, is btc dead, moon. That stuff was funny but I feel like people started to get more serious especially since the last drop and people losing a lot of money. They sold at a loss and can't return. The market is super controlled now IMO

Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen?
by
thycrypto
on 01/03/2018, 00:19:27 UTC
It will only go down if people hold and no one is buying btc. There will either be one or the other. If people are not buying and only selling the price would dump. But if they are holding and no one buying or selling then yes, it would not move.

Do some research. Never by at an all time high and if it is a good project and oversold BUY. Once the market goes back up good coins will be high and won't be able to afford them. If you wait you might by at a high and it will take time to mature from there.

Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do?
by

HODL, the market needs to recover and its buzzing that this bull run the market cap will reach a new all-time high. I have some of those same coins and it sucks to see them that low but I know that they will get back up. It is discouraging to see them low but just hide your portfolio and wait.

Re: Is bitcoin like a Bubble ?
by
thycrypto
on 21/02/2018, 19:12:02 UTC
It is not a bubble. It is different than the average market. It did go up but it corrected itself. If it was a bubble it would have just tanked. The retracement was healthy and needed to happen for it to not be a bubble. It is still projected to get to new highs, many people anticipating this.

Eventually, I think whether we need it or not they will come. The will change the market. We will also see how the market reacts to the regulations and if there will be another way around which I think they would try to do something of the sort since it was made to be deregulated

If you know how to trade and can make enough. But I would say to still keep your jobs and don't sell crypto to pay bills just yet. If you can have an income and let your coins ride is where the biggest gains will be made. Also, it depends what coins you have and hold and where those will take you. IMO, its all up to you .

Re: What is the hottest current ICO?

It's not out yet but the hype is real for go network. Their telegram currently has 55k members. The only thing that makes them less popular is the fact that they will hold a dutch auction instead of their ICO. Some are saying they was to do private pools but I don't how they would have to before they do the auction

Re: Is technical analysis useful?
by
thycrypto
on 15/02/2018, 20:22:50 UTC
yes, there is some really insightful technical analysis paid groups that do their research and post what they think of trades. I tried one and its harder than I thought. You had to buy and sell at his exact prices and be cautious. Also, there are 'no losses'. They say if it tanks and doesn't get at the sell price to make the gains you just have to hold

It will definitely surpass the last ATH. And only the strong will survive as they have during the recent drop. The market wales have tried to shake off the weak hand so they can have more control so when the bull market comes back they have all the advantage to pump and dump on their call

Re: How do you manage ur emotions?

It's hard to not be emotional. I try to tell myself to just be happy with the decision I make when selling. That is where I get the most emotion. I feel like when I sell and the price went up I missed out (again). FOMO is real but I am slowly getting over it especially since I am able to get into good projects.

If you got in from the beginning, forgot about it and held, you probably made a lot of money. People who have been in this space from the beginning made a lot of money because of it. More new people can make it as well but it will get harder. The prices will get high and not be affordable anymore.

I would say no. Even those who have been trading for a long time have not mastered it. You must really know the market and how to read charts to do good trading, IMO. I think hodl would work better. Do a lot of research and get in on that on red (sale) days.

I think that if regulations come in it will come in altogether not just some. We won't get to pick and choose what will get regulated and if it does happen (more likely it will) it eventually will be harder to get into the crypto world than it is today. Who knows how much it will change.

Re: Do you like airdrops?

I like Airdrops. They really make you get into the community more which is not necessarily a bad thing. I am currently in the Deep Onion airdrop. It does take time to do this one but not too bad. I think its more for getting the name out there and more support for those who hold.
