lol i needed a laugh. thanks!!

sucks because the original idea was pretty cool.
i like the idea of trading shares of a bet throughout the season.
like the OP said I guess i will need to use a good old fashion props site to get my wild speculation fix.

Re: [POOL][Scrypt][Scrypt-N][X11][X13] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com

My graph always looks wild. I was as low as 4.5 M/h and as high as 16.3 M/h (with X11)
The graphs for me always look like this regardless of how many times I switch settings or update drivers...
I was always curious if that was normal or just my dumb luck

is it just me? Anyone noticed their x11 (maybe x13 too) hashrate graph is quite wild, fluctuating with quite a big variance (like +/- 1mh/s)?

I am using 2x 750ti with ccminer reporting 5100kh/s.

Try using d=N in your password, where N is difficulty. Lower difficulty == smoother graph, just don't overdo it.

I have a 270 (non - x) and I tried wipeout's config and got around 500khs.
I have one gigabyte card and two msi 270's.
Now that I got the gigabyte maxed out I need to try and do the same with the MSI cards.

I just read 96 pages of blah blah blah...
Anyone else concerned that for a group in California they can barely string together a sentence in English??
And for a coin based on tipping in social media why do I not see any tips happening here??
Also, If there is going to be such a heavy premine - why not give away a bunch of coins for free so people can tip with them?

best case scenario:
Sounds like a few kids had an idea but lack any business experience to do anything with the idea.

worst case scenario (most likely):
Somebody thinks they can make a simple coin clone and a few reddit posts too get rich quick.

as Bart Simpson would say - This coin both sucks and blows!!

For three US dollars I can buy almost 100k of these reddcoins.
I think i would rather crumple up the money and throw it out of the car as I drive.
At least some random person will find a couple bucks and smile for a brief moment...
(That's the nicest way I can say F#@% this coin and the imaginary horse it rode in on.

hello

well i am a newbie so I don't have a ton to contribute because I don't know very much on the topic.
I still really want to contribute to the community and not just leech...
So I created a blog about my experiences from day one with bitcoin.
I mine and trade so it will cover both.
So far I have about a dozen posts and I have a new post about every other day.

http://bitcoinfactory.blogspot.com/

is the address
If it helps a few newbs then it was worth the effort.
Have a great 2014 and good luck

It's my first day! now what?

Hello
I am new to this btc world.
I purchased a couple dozen asic sticks so I could learn about mining at a low cost.
I have setup accounts a about a dozen exchanges.
It seems to take forever to get verified on each one but everyone had there first day at some point..

Here is my question to all the btc vets.
If you had ten grand and had to start today what would be your mining setup??
I prefer mining to trading as I have a day job and cannot obsess about daytrading...
I also have a few spare hours each day that I can devote to tinkering and researching.
(that is my nice way of saying - giving up or not participating is not a welcomed answer.)

I look forward to the answers
happy new year
-Tiki
