Re: How do you deal with loss?

How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

I'm keeping myself calm all the time because if with the given situation, I don't have choice but to keep on waiting for the price pump.

I don't want to deal with it seriously but when the amount involved is too high, I will find a remedy which is by keep on waiting.

The only way to stay relaxed is to constantly sell increments of your holding into strength. You might discover at a later point in time that you've sold too early but better making less profit than making a loss. To keep your emotional balance is one of the key factors in successful trading. As long as you do proper risk management by selling into strength you'll be fine.

Re: Which news-sources do you use?

Hi Guys and Girl, Ladies and Gentleman,

I was thinking about the news in crypto-related terms.
The news has great impact on the crypto-market.

When a news-channel announces the popularity of a coin, most certainly the value of that coin will rise in an upward trend.
Typ in: Crypto-News in the google search engine and you will have a LOT of choice to choose from. All different sources that talk about the different altcoin, next to Bitcoin.

In my belief there must be online news sources which are Globally visited most among all you fellow cryptocurrency-traders.

-What in you opinion are the hottest online news-channels that you can't miss being a day trader?

on the other hand

-What are the hottest online news-channels that you can't miss being a long time investor?

I myself find:
- Cointelegraph, a pretty good channel.

What about you?

You might want to check out the Telegram channels news.bitcoin.com and hotspot24
These two channels are - apart from cointelegraph of course - constantly updated.
Please also check out http://themerkle.com/
Hope this helps!

In my country, there are a local exchangers who sell Bitcoins. They will give you Bitcoins if you transfer some money to local bank. So, we do not need Paypal or Credit Card. Just transfer to their local bank account to get Bitcoin. Maybe in every country has it too. And I think it's cheaper than Paypal or Credit Card.

You may also want to check out the MyCelium wallet (Android version). There is a market place included in the app. There you can put in your zip-code and it allows you to hook up with local bitcoin buyers and sellers. It is a very convenient way and the offers are always fresh. Compared to the fee structure of Exchanges you might also get a better deal depending on your negotiation skills.

Re: Is Ripple the best coin to buy

Ever since i read the news about ripple having a lawsuit by a certain bank ive lost faith in it. Ive sold my ripple thinking that the company would eventually go down and my coin will drop in its value. For me ripple is not one of the best option to have as it may drop its price in the following months.
Just my opinion but if you want to go further with ripple then better read some online articles about them and how things are going with the lawsuit.

Ripple is not decentralized so it is not ideologically in line with what the cryptocurrency community wants to achieve. Nevertheless it is a temporary solution for bridging the worlds of traditional finance and the cryptocurrency paradigm. This gives it value and explains the sharp increase in price we've seen end of last year. I recommend to hodl Ripple and wait till more and more banks will adopt some sort of crypto vehicle this year. It will drive up the price of Ripple imho!
