Ordered 2, fingers crossed this will be the perfect low power consumption setup.  Look forward to lower electricity bills.  Will early takers like myself have a opportunity to purchase a couple more if everything works out well and operating properly?  Don't want to be stuck to 2 cards if this thing rips.

The risers I use have the 6pin, 4pin and SATA 15pin as powering options.  I always assumed the SATA connector would be the best, I'll be sure to use the 6pin to 6pin directly to the riser with the FPGA.  Thank you again.

Got it, I'll await more details on how to avoid overloading the powered riser cables.  Look forward to it, Thank you for your time.

Perfect, I have the 5 cards on 1x to 16x risers of course powered via sata cables for each riser card.  Look forward to learning something new.  Thanks!

Oh wait, one more dumb question.  My MB has only 2x PCIe 3.0x16 and 4x PCIe 2.0x1.  The risers are 1x to 16x, will that be ok to run 5 FPGA's this way or would it cause stability issues in your opinion.  Thank you again.

BTW:  Will my current rig running a AMD Ryzen 3 CPU and ASRock 350Pro 4 MB be compatible with the cards?  It's currently powering 5 1080ti with a EVGA 1600T2 via a data center grade PSU connected to a 40amp line.  Will there be any other components needed besides what I already have?  Thank you for answering my questions and apologoes in advanced if it was answered before.  I read through the thread but couldn't figure out if it would have issues with the AMD setup.

Cheers

Pleasure is mine, you have been honest with your mine from the beginning and I appreciate it.  I will support your pool as much as I can.  Hopefully the orphaned XVG issue is behind us.  Thanks!

Hi, a pleasure to say hello again.

We are trying to recover the normality after the attack to verge, we had caught a very good rhythm but after the attack we are not having luck with the blocks, 2 orphans... Sad I hope we can win more miners and we can develop all the potential, please send me your wallet address.

Those who are from the beginning will always have 0% FEE lifetime.

Thank you.

How is the pool going?  I have my rigs aiming to you.  I hope this pool could keep growing!  BTW:  Am I on the first 50 list Smiley

We are receiving blocks as we gain ppl & hashrate, we move forward ...

Thanks to all!

Last time i was in your pool , more than 3 days i lost mining , and then your pool paid me 0.45 nevacoin , so why should i come back in your pool ?

Can you give me your mining wallet address ? I'm going to check it.

Thanks!
Another thing , why your pool is finding more than 200 shares per minute in my case , with 3200 mhs , and the payment is too low , compared to coinfoundry / antminepool and lucky pool , where there i am finding less shares per minute and 10-15 % more payment.Hmm

Our pool finds more shares because we surely have less difficulty fixed. With the same speed, less difficulty = more shares in less time. Regarding the payments, our pool has an average hashrate 300 mh/s, coinfondry for example has 30 Th/s, 100 times more, with more hasrate blocks are found faster and the money is distributed before among the miners, but surely less money is distributed because there are more people to pay.

This is not exact but it is an approximation, with your current hashrate 3,000 mh / s, you are contributing with approximately 1% of the shares, therefore when a block appears you will receive around 1% of the block, in case of verge 15 xvg.  I insist this is a very quick calculation and there are more factors that should be considered, difficulty of the network at that moment, etc....

How many coins do you receive and how often in other pools?

So if premium does not get his pool to above the 1TH range, the block will never be awarded? Thanks for the insight, obviously I am a noob Smiley

I got disconnected, I guess you are working out the issue.   Let us know when you are running properly and I'll aim my rigs at you again.

BTW:  Does this mean the current progress accumulated is lost?

Good luck

Startup pains I hope.  Gonna stick with it for a while longer and give it a chance.  Is there a way to set claymore to mine XVG only?  I can get more hashpower to u that way.

Sorry to hear you are getting a DDOS attack, must be frustrating.  I'm almost @ 24 hrs on your pool.  Fingers crossed.

@Premiermine

For me it will be easy to test how profitable is mining on your pool because I am here from start.

Block reward of 1560 XVG multiplied with percent of my shares (currently it is about 1.5-1.6%) should be approximately 23-24 XVG.  Even if I get this sum for 48h of dual mining it will be great result - 12 XVG per 24h with 3000 Mh/s which is close with WTM calculations (12.2 per day) On other pools I got between 7-10 XVG for 24h with same parameters. So pools fees of 0.4-0.5% for XVG are not the only profit for most of their owners. I hope your minig pool will prove this and in that case I am ready to pay more than 1% for mining pool fee!

For some normal work in future, you will need at least 1-2 Th/s pool hash-rate power because many people are not ready to wait 24h or more hours to see any result of their mining. I saw many of them comes, spent few hours and leave pool because don't understand how it works or just didn't have patience.

I think you should open new topic for pool relative posts.

Hi,

I believe that all people should think about a long-term relationship. I have been mining for only two years, there are people who have been mining since 2009, almost 10 years. Some pools attract people with 0% FEE, they have a lot of hashrate and people start to see money in their wallet very fast, I respect it, but sometimes the leaf does not allow to see the forest, while 30-50% of yours coins are being robbed. 30-50% How much money do they lose for a month? and in a year? Its a lot of money.

The beginnings are always difficult. As I write these lines I am monitoring 24 ip from different parts of the world launching 10,000 connections each per second against our pool, it is a DDOS attack, since the first minute of the pool launch, I was wondering how long it would take the rival pools to launch a DDOS, we already have response, less than 24 hours.

It is clear that there are people who do not like competition, they have a very lucrative business, they do not want to leave space for honest and humble people who want to do things well, why not say it, earning a little money in return after beta test, 1% in exchange for making it easier for people to mine. Everyone wins.

I just hope that more people join so we can get enough hashrate for all of us to win. I commit to reinvest to have a better infrastructure that allows us to be up.

Let's hope that the first block arrives. Good idea, as soon as I can, I open the new topic in Alt Coins -> Pools.

Thanks!
