I did, I emailed support. I have a screenshot of the exact site cryptomixer.io and the bitcoin address they told me to send the coins to. They told me the letter of guarantee is not there bitcoin signing address. There is other people it is happening to also. I always type in there website letter by letter, I never google search it, i have used it for years. I believe they are selectively scamming people. I'm not here to make anyone believe me. Just sharing what has happened to me.

Yes do not use cryptomixer.io anymore. They have been reliable in the past but have started scamming recently. I have used them loads over the past and then scammed me yesterday for 0.18btc. After sending them the letter of guarantee they used the same excuse like they seem to be using with everyone else on here that I went on phishing site. I know for 100% fact it was the correct site, I'm always extra cautious with these things. I even have a screenshot of my browser with the exact site cryptomixer.io and the screen with the btc address I sent to while it was waiting for the btc to arrive. I always keep it open until I receive my btc and this time I received nothing. AVOID!!!

I think even payments that were successfully completed are being refunded. If you didn't already receive your GRX tokens you are most likely getting your ether refunded. I also made my payment very fast but have not received GRX tokens but on the Facebook page it says they have already distributed all tokens and are now refunding payment over the next 72 HOURS!!

I also had a problem with captcha. The one with the images loaded fine then there was a second one that you had to copy the characters but it wouldn't load. Don't see the need for 2. Then after was all sold out.

I don't know if this is a stupid question but in the future will the IOTA light wallet have more security features such as a seed with also a password. I know a seed with 81 characters is all but impossible to guess but it just seems a bit simple to use only a seed to log in. If someone was out of chance able to guess a seed they would have access to all your IOTA. Just wanted to know if in the future would there be more security features added? Or will it always be only a seed?
