Should i trust any of them?

ist es schon möglich eine Immobilie in Deutschland gegen Bitcoin zu verkaufen?
Ich möchte 159.000€ für die Wohnung und würde Sie für den Gegenwert von 150.000€ in Bitcoin verkaufen.

Allerdings läuft noch ein Kredit von 90.000€ den ich nach dem Verkauf ablösen muss.
Ist es aktuell möglich Bitcoins im Wert von 90.000€ in Deutschland tatsächlich ohne Problem in EUR zu tauschen?
