I think patterns of human behavior is the most interesting subject for research )

We are developing project now and will develop regardless of the results of ICO. We already make projects that work and profitable, and never used external capital for this. ICO is a method to involve much peoples on start of project: developers, authors, users and get feedback and move faster then now. With ICO we offer to join the token-holders to the project at the start, to fix their part in the distribution and benefit in the future

Here the main question is - why use the blockchain in education. The main task of the blockchain is to remove intermediaries to whom there is no trust and add transparency. In trainings (especially such as Coursera) - I do not see this problem seriously. The only thing that comes to mind is the "diplomas" confirmed in the blockchain, but i don't think it solving a real business problem

As for the application of blockchain to education i see another: in the end i would like to create a decentralized company developing education open source software (part of which will be the Human Discovery project) where the contributions of each participant (programmer, teacher, backer) would be fixed in tokens and everything would benefit from increased use of the system. But there are a lot of questions and a much more complicated model of monetization than in this project. Although I think someday we will come to this

We have two point of view to this question

1) Marat, my partner and project Business Developer - he is Human Design fanat He uses Human Design for everything - for relations, for stuff, in projects

2) I am technical guy - I believe only in numbers My opinion is that you can not use theory until it is confirmed by numbers. So until I get enough evidence that it works - programmers will be selected by my old method

But Human Discovery Platform - it's not only Human Design, it's just one of methods which used by some peoples. I know that some peoples uses it and trust it. Give them possibility to use and tools for prove - it's my task, not only for Human Design

Sure! Moreover, we are developing this project and shall develop it with our own resources. Usually  we set up new projects with our own money, gained from ongoing business (to name it, from mostly our educational platform GetCourse.ru). Our experience shows that 6 months is enough to make any new project to earn money if it is good project.

But in this case we understand that Human Discovery is a bit larger scale than we usually deal with. We can work it out by ourselves, but we loose time then. So with the help of ICO we want to make it faster, on steroids, involve more people, attract more developers, get early and extensive feedback from the users, community and clients.

But what use of blockchain do you find interesting in this direction?

If you do not mind, I, as CEO of the company, will try to answer this question. So, the goal of the majority of ICOs is to allow people to place their crypto currency so as to get some benefit from it.

By purchasing project tokens, you join the community of programmers, authors and entrepreneurs who create projects for studying people with an understandable monetization model, the main means of payment of which will be a token.

There are 2 reasons to do this:
1) you can use these products under the best conditions;
2) The need for tokens will be increased along with the number of product introductions to end-services users. But the number of tokens is initially limited.

About ERC20. It is very good question

Yes - on ICO will be distributed ERC20 Token. And first version of platform (pre-blockchain) will be use it.
But then (i think in the end 2018-start 2019) as it explained in roadmap we want to move all methods from servers to blockchain network, then we will offer to convert tokens from ERC20 to our new blockchain token.

First stage (pre-blockchain): methods on centralized servers, token in Ethereum. Blockchain used for interactions between authors and entrepreneurs to pay in tokens
Next stage (full-blockchain): token and methods both stored in blockchain

This scheme is needed because Ethereum network very cool for small transactions, but not good to store method-blocks data and execute it (it will be very expensive)

15k and 5k users it's not significant digits. It's just a sample - test of one methodic for one application, to get base on which one can draw conclusions about the main behavior of users of service.

All input-output data of methods which author of method mark as "collectable" will be stored in blockchain and will be open for everyone.

Our main point is - "methods not need personal data for analysys, it must be stored outside of blockchain", then it will be store only key-values which can be statistically analyzed.
Platform will give API for get stat info from blockchain (distribution and others) and raw input-output data for analyze. Researcher can download and install full-node for analysis, but it will not necessary

It was the fun application of technology I promised. Not only to dating or HR, it can be applied to other areas.

The simplest reason is to remove the intermediary between the knowledge holder and the consumer and make the application of the methods more open, to make the interaction between different authors of techniques clear, and to allow entrepreneurs to easily connect to different sources of knowledge

But the main thing is that we believe that with the use of the blockchain we will be able to connect to the project many more people - programmers, authors, interpreters, translators, data researchers.

By analogy with open-sourse code and wikipedia-style, such an approach in which knowledge is open and accessible to all should attract more people.
The more people get involved in the production of data and services - the faster the economy of the project will accelerate
