Re: Your first bitcoins came from.. (faucets aside)

I never bought my first bitcoin. I earned my bitcoin through a bounty campaign and signature campaign. That was 3 years ago. I sold 60% of it and keep the remaining 40%.

I tried earning bitcoin through faucets, but I never had the chance to withdraw it because it requires withdrawal fees. I've wasted my time thinking I could earn bitcoin, and it was just purely a scam.

In mine, Its change a lot since I started it year 2017 which I earned more money than my stable job. The result I lost my rank position and focus on cryptocurrency. Because of crypto I experience seems like a rich  Grin In which you can buy whatever you want.

I hope a lot of business owner will do the same as you did. People will no longer convert their bitcoin to fiat just to buy something, and that's amazing because you'll be able to save transaction fees. I also found out here in my country that there's one real state company that accepts bitcoin as payment. I wish I have a enough btc to buy a property.

All I have understands with regards this Defi project by staking your assets into its defi protocol and let it grow without risking like trading. And I think its not good for me because its make me bored unlike nft games thats could make you earn by just play. Make sure you choose a better and fit to your budget to invest, that we always say " Invest what you can afford to lose."

You should not just base on the token's name when you invest. For me, the more it sounds weird, the more I get interest in that coin. However, you should always read their whitepaper and do further research for that coin

Re: It’s crazy to take loan to invest in crypto?
by

What do you think of taking loan to invest in crypto? What's your input? Have any of you done this already? Isn't this crazy?
I can’t understand why people taking loan to invest in crypto. There are so many low cost NFT project(https://t.me/emit_protocol), if you haven’t money, you can select some NFT project to spend your time not money for it.If you do not have the ability to analyze the market and trading skills, you can’t win just by gambling or guessing. The more money you put in,more you will lose.

This may sound crazy but yeah, I took a loan and invest it in NFT. It's risky because it's won't give you assurance that you'll have ROI. But, I can't manage to ignore the opportunity of earning more than what I'm earning right now. Anyway, I did not regret taking a loan because I got my ROI and continuously earning.

I also have a friend who took a loan and invest in NFT and got their ROI and continuously earning. If you're brave enough, you may take a loan. Just make sure that NFT project has a potential.

Re: help me, to recover 19 BTC
by

on 29/08/2021, 13:18:16 UTC
hello first of all I would like to introduce, my name is Dimas Putra Pratama. I come from Indonesia.
I was given this account by a close friend of mine.
strangely I have known BTC for a long time in 2015, even I bought about 19 BTC at a price of $210 with a capital of around $4000, but I only found out about this forum in 2021 and was also told by my friend.

so, i have about 19 BTC and i keep it in blockchain.com mobile wallet. bad thing happened to me that my phone was stolen by someone in 2016, even i feel frustrated after seeing current BTC price  Embarrassed. At that time I also registered using the cellphone number +6287**** , made a 4 pin code and the number was saved on the cellphone, I couldn't do much to try to access it because all the data was stored on the cellphone,on the one hand I still have a copy (Prahse Secret Privatkey Recovery) but I'm missing the (Prahse Secret Privatkey Recovery) at paragraph 12  Cry
I want to ask for help from the community here to help me, is there any possibility to get BTC back? if anyone can do it then i don't mind giving 3 BTC bonus.

You may contact your network provider to change your mobile number into your old number. You're lucky if they will allow you to change it. Here in my country, if you buy a new sim card and you still want to use your old number, you may call your network provider to change your new sim number to your old one. They actually allow that. My friend's dad did that coz his phone was stolen also. Just try it.

In my opinion they buy those nft artworks because they love to make it collection. And they have a lot money so its there's no problem regarda on that matter. They had a lot of business or investment here in crypto or in real-world.

If I am not mistaken, by the end of 2018 the ICO project has been abandoned by many parties for various reasons that have emerged and turned to the IEO.

So how about those ICO's projects who had been stack from last year? Which is already raise the funds but the only they missed are to get list on good exchanges. Do you think they will have a chance to get list soon? Or they gonna make again another project that we call IEO.

Re: BTC - Pump or Dump
by

on 03/07/2019, 10:11:56 UTC
As the volume of BTC is going down the price has decreased too. Do you think it just makes a step back before the pump to 15k+ or it will follow the trend to 5-6k?

I think bitcoin still unpredictable which is you don't know what it's next move by every new month comes. We notice bitcoin tremendeously increased month of june and now its started again to decreased that might possible to go down below $10k. But I think its just normal fluctuations and might possible will hit $15k this july because some crypto analysis said that once bitcoin will head $10k theres a possible that will go around $15k.

Re: How to make money on cryptocurrency in 2019
by
tisoysoy
on 02/07/2019, 12:52:58 UTC
To make money on cryptocurrency is by doing trading or make investment with any alts, particularly in bitcoin but it needs capital enable to start with this sort of activity. So, for those who doesn't yet a capital like me, you better joined airdrops or in bounties such as signature. As of now this is only I can do but, not yet earning since the start of this year. I already received some token in my previous campaign hopefully it will list in a good exchanges soon.

Re: Is this the end of Newbie?
by

I began to think this would be a waste of time with everything I learned because almost all the projects I had followed ended in scammers. Is this a waste of time for me?  Embarrassed

Nowadays mate its hard to find a legit bounty projects that's good to participate and make for it, especially these days which is still considered in a declined market. In my part I keep try doing signature bounties hoping that will get success soon and could make earn money. I'll just put all trust into my bounty manager and the project that I supported.

I want to hear people's opinion on altcoins not surging in value like bitcoin presently
Few of my friends have already dump there altcoins and buy bitcoin straight up ,I hope they make the right choice ,if not? That might be the biggest wrong move of their lives.
What are your thought?patience or swap for BTC ?
ETH still swimming in the 300$ + river ,what do you think will happen if ETH jumps to 900 or 1000$?

It's up to you mate, if you really believe in such a coins, I mean the best asset for you do invest with it in a long term. Like etherium which is you have felt like will gonna skyrocket soon. Who knows that your speculation will come to reality soon that will worth $900 to $1,000 etherium value someday.

Re: hardware wallets safe?
by
tisoysoy
on 01/07/2019, 06:41:52 UTC
I personally think it is safe as an offline wallet offers the highest level of security for storing crypto is it involves storing the funds in a secured place that is not connected to any network. This type of wallet can also offer good protection against computer vulnerabilities. The hardware wallets are the best type of offline wallet that offers very high security and ease of use. Also, as these wallets allow backup, you can easily recover your funds if you lose this device.

One such example of a hardware wallet is Trezor. It operates as secure cold storage. You can easily transfer bitcoins to the device using the Trezor interface, which is accessible from macOS, Linux, Windows, and Android. Its interface is quite easy to use that lists your coins and recent transactions.

Trezor uses a 12 to 24-word seed for protection and recovery and a user-defined PIN. You can also add an encrypted passphrase to your wallet for an added layer of security.

what say u?

Yes you're trezor one wallet is secure wallet which is you can assure your asset safe from hackers and from malware infected computer. And it's around $78 each. Soon I want to try to used this hard wallet once I could earned from doing bounties because as of now I'm not yet earning from it, but hopefully there will be.  Base on my research
"Make sure you NEVER buy a TREZOR or any other hardware wallet from eBay.
Only buy from the TREZOR store or from Amazon".

What's wrong with eBay?
