OK, so after more than 3 days of no payout from Cinnipool, over 500 confirmed Cinni that were showing under my stats are now missing. They have not been deposited to my wallet, nor do the appear on the payouts screen. On the My Stats page, all stats are showing 0 for my Cinni address. WTF?

Is this just a scam? Did I just lose 3+ days of hashing at over 22Mh/s?

Just received my first mining payment!

How often do mining payments occur?

Have node / transaction fee payments started? If not, when do they payout and how often do they occur?

Dev, please let someone else answer this, I know your super busy Wink
Yo, sorry about the delay in the last payments going out.  payouts occur every night between 7-8PM PST, automatically.  The only time they require manual intervention is if for some reaon the pool thinks something is anamolous (in which case I end the payouts out ASAP as soon a I realize that they're jammed up for some reason).

The coins get sold on mintpal, cryptsy and poloniex and bought there throughout the day as well (wherever is cheapest)

So why no status on the disposition of the coins on the site? All stats for my address read '0', address missing in the 'payouts' screen. Nothing to indicate that they ever existed. Just gone. No payouts at all since I started mining. Not a good way to instill any level of confidence in people and make them want to start or stay mining in this pool. Very little information to begin with, and even the little bit that exists is of, apparently, little to no value, as it appears to not be up to date or accurate.

WTF? Another 150 CINNI of mine just disappeared. FUCK CINNI, FUCK CinniPool, and FUCK the people who run this scam of a pool and coin.

You can all go die in a fucking fire. Nothing but thieves. Stole 700-850 coins and 3+ days of mining from me.

Do not worry you have not lost your coins ... CINNI team always active is to solve problems.
Go on irc explain the problem to them directly, they are not always here to read the thread.

OK. How/where? I have not used IRC in over 30 years
http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=##cinnicoin

People over there just direct me back to here. No other contact information on the web site. Looks like I have just been scammed out of 3 days of hashing at 22Mh/s. I guess that is one way to make money. Nice

So, do they ever pay out Cinnicoins? I have been mining for going on 3 days now, and have yet to receive a payout to my wallet. Or am I missing something? Do you have to go somewhere and request a payout? If so, I can't seem to find it.

Thanks all.

there's seems problems with cinnipool and the op of pool got some personal problems ,
you can switch to : hashcows or coinking.io  to get cinni .till op of pool back
good luck

Really hate jumping pools unless they are paying PPS. If hey are a PPSLNS like most pools, you need to be in 10 (usually) shifts to start getting full payouts. As long as it will happen, that is fine. It would be cool if they had a counter somewhere that showed profitability between the normal pool and the high-risk pool though. Tough to figure out exactly which one is doing better.

Small problem. Can't seem to figure it out - minor annoyance.

What is the proper format for a phone number to enable sms messaging? I can't seem to get it to work. have tried area code phone number (no dashes), 1 area code phone number (no dashes), and also added the country code. +1 area code phone number (no dashes) so:

614xxxxxxx
1614xxxxxxx
+1614xxxxxxx

None of those worked. It looks to be a free-form field, so instead of trying the numerous versions of phone number display paradigms I know, I thought I would ask here.

You may want to consider putting a examples of the correct format of phone numbers under or next to the box in small light grey text. The variations among regions of the US and among different countries is astounding.

thanks

Love the site!! 3 suggestions though.

1. For PPLNS, I never know exactly where within the N I stand nor gauge when I am starting to receive full shares. I think an easy visual way would be if you could put a small pie chart with 10 little slices on the Dashboard. It starts out empty and as you go through the shifts it adds a slice after each shift. Shade the slices from red to yellow to green as you get to 10. You could put a little up or down arrow next to the pie to indicate whether you are gaining or losing slices. A mouse hover over the little chart would be a great place for a pop-up quickly explaining PPLNS and what the pie chart indicates. Once you are fully vested, it would just be a full green pie icon that wold quickly and visually indicate that you are 100% good to go.

maybe to the right of the "Currently Mining" box?

2. Add the ability to re-order the currencies in the boxes on the far left of the dashboard. Maybe even allowing currencies you are not interested in to be hidden. If the pool starts mining a hidden currency, it pops back on the list at the bottom of the appropriate list. Also the ability to hide the sections of those types of coins you don't mine at all. I use Scrypt and convert to BTC. X11 and Scrypt-N sections are noting but space wasters. I would love to be able to either remove them, or to be able to collapse them and move them to the bottom of the left side, just leaving Scrypt with SHA-256 below that (with most of the coins I have no interest in hidden, of course  Smiley )

3. Show the current pool BTC/MH/Day stat on the Dashboard for the pool.

Been lurking for a while. I have a concern looking at the low volumes. I am getting ready to receive close to 200 MH/s of Scrypt hashing hardware later this week, or early next week. CinniCoin 'appears' to always be at or near the top of profitability, but only if I can actually sell it for a coin that I can convert to US dollars (to pay the hosting fees, buy more miners, etc) or to BTC.

Is that really possible wight he low volumes I am seeing? Maybe I am just looking at the wrong exchanges?

What are the most active CinniCoin exchanges that will allow me to get to BTC or LTC?

Thanks

"The data on this page is cached and updated periodically, generally about 30 seconds for the short-timeframe hashrate numbers, balances, and rejected shares data; and about 675 seconds for the graphs, longer-timeframe hashrate numbers, and other datas."

BTW, Wiz, its data not datas.

I kinda like the ring of datas in that sentence Grin

They um... said they would be doing work. And that things might be down. No biggie, mine somewhere else for a bit.

C

Ah! I missed the 'might be down for a bit'. Thanks.

Quick question: What are folks second favorite pools to mine? I usually hit BTC Guild or BitMinter. Are there other pools that folks who have been mining a lot longer than I have prefer?

Thanks

ACK! I saw the web page was down earlier, but now I see that my miner no longer sees Eligus pool as alive. Any status on what's going on and when it will be back on-line and reachable? Showing pool as Dead and Stratum active: False.

Thanks

Is that normal?

As if blocks below 75% don't exist anymore, or something...

http://home.comcast.net/~bacanj/btc/shot.gif

Don't know if it's normal, but I do know it's painful.

yeah it can happen.  this is now a small pool. percent wise    down side means bad luck is really long and slow.  if you look at the chart 92% lasts 1 day.  there was a time a 92% block would take us under 4 hours .  why asic miner was king of the world last spring and came to our pool we had more then 30% of the entire network.  we made lots of 5 and 10 minute blocks.

This pool has a huge upside if it gets hot you can earn 3x what you should in a single day.     of course when you move here from a pool like btcguild or cex.io you can be very annoyed when the cold streak comes.  I finally got back to a high hash rate and am now at 850gh.  Was with the doc for more then 15 months in a row. but I moved to btcguild in jan of this year.

A few days ago I felt luck and switched back here hoping for good luck.  So my 850gh has earned me about .04btc in a 2.5 day period.
if I had stayed with btcguild I would have made around .24 btc  I was hoping to over earn.
not under earn with the switch.
I think I will bail tonight as the bad luck is tough.

That is probably my plan too unfortunately unless this block gets solved soon and the next one is better. I know it's all luck, but I am at 1.5-2 Thps, so the bad luck is really killing me.

Same here. Just getting going. Spent some time at BTC Guild on PPS, and was really digging the steady 0.1 BTC every 12 hours. Since coming here 5 days ago, I have 'lost' over 1BTC and counting. Unless this changes dramatically within the next 12 hours, I will be leaving too. Cool web site and stats, but not $600+/week cool.

I have set up my namecoin wallet on mmc-wallet.com and I have pointed Bitminter there. They have loyally been sending the coins off to my wallet, but most of them are not showing up (we are only talking a little over 1 at the present time...oooohhhh...$3.50!!), but I want to understand how I can get this resolved.

Messages to the wallet web site have gone un-answered - you get what you pay for there I guess (free).

I'd recommend not using online wallets. You can download an NMC wallet from namecoin.info. Or you could send the coins directly to an exchange if you just want to sell them for bitcoins.

I would immediately stop sending coins to nmc-wallet.com (I assume you meant that and not mmc-wallet.com). I'd also recommend moving whatever coins you are able from their site. If they are just taking your coins and not answering, using their site is a bad idea. Also they appear to not even use SSL...?

Apparently it's a suspected scam site:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497899.0
http://forum.namecoin.info/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1480

There are a lot of scammers out there wanting to steal your coins, so be very careful where you send them. I hope you didn't lose much.

Naw - only like 1.1 so far. I think I can absorb $3.75 in losses :-)

Really new - waiting until I got a beast of a miner before jumping in. Will be at 6TH/s within the next 5 weeks or so. Just want to get this all squared away before I start hitting bigger numbers. I think I might try setting up another wallet somewhere and get out of mmc-wallet. Thinking BTC-e.

Hey guys! Fairly new-ish to bit coin mining, though getting some decent hardware in now - TerraMiner IV's. What I am new to is merged mining and name coins. I have run into a bit of a snag, and I really have no idea how to address it. Please point me in the right direction if I am way off base.

Anyway, nmc-wallet shows two transactions, however, when I go to  the amecoin block explorer I see 5 transactions. the first and the last transactions are in my wallet, while the other three are...HuhHuh I don't know where....... http://explorer.namecoin.info/a/NDwn9qsGYZwaFZN4iVM5seP3Y8MnMDYRsg

How do I go about reconciling this? I would think they would have to be the same? How would I access the coins that are not in my wallet? It is 100% on-line.

If anyone knows, or could pint me in the right direction, it would be appreciated. I would love to learn a lot more about this and nip it in the bud before it becomes a real issue, but I don't have a ton of time to sift through a lot of irrelevant or outdated information, so I am hoping someone could help me with what they may know or help me avoid wasting a lot of time.

It would be appreciated.

Thanks.
