Today when i woke up for work and noticed it was brighter out than when i normally wake up up at 4:00 A.M. I then realized the power was out and after looking at my watch it was 5:20.
I rushed to get dressed with only 30 minutes to get to work on time. when i got to work we were sent home because the power outage affected my area and the surrounding 20++ miles.
On my way home i was looking for a store to buy a coffee since i was unable to brew a pot and needed some gas for the car. everything was out....Couldn't get gas because all stores were affected. No coffee no gas no nothing...every damn store was shut down.
got home and was desperate for a coffee so i put some hot water in a pan and put it on the gas barbecue grill in the yard...few minutes later had hot water and poured it over the coffee grounds and had myself a nice cup of coffee.
I then realized that this minor power outage had so affected my morning that i would be completely up shits creek without a paddle if it were more serious of an event.
I realized that after a day or two of not having power in my area my car would be bone dry of gas after a day or two...My food supply would be severely in danger of running out along with my water and other basic needs if a real event were to happen.
From this day on i will be looking at the very real possibility of such an event happening and how i could manage through it. The way the world is today things like this could happen at any moment and where would you be if it were to happen? Would you be prepared for it? Next time i will be ready so should you.

I met with my other oracle today, Lady Shazam, and she told me as soon as I stepped into her hut, that bitcoin is dying.
I was stunned, but realized she is right. Bitcoin is dying.

creai 3 indirizzi con btcqt x ricevere btc. a un certo punto avrei voluto che tutti i btc sparsi su i 3 confluissero in uno solo di questi, quindi ne scelsi uno e inviai tutti i btc del wallet. Il risultato fu che la transazione risultò nulla (payment to yourself)
Non esiste transazione nulla: infatti se clicchi su payment to yourself potrai verificare tramite il txid su qualsiasi block explorer l'effettivo passaggio di BTC tra gli indirizzi
ok, mi sembrava di ricordare che sull'iconcina sotto address ci fosse scritto N/A, sotto type: payment to yourself e sotto amount: 0.0;
per questo ho creduto che fosse nulla.

No. Bitcoin-qt crea un nuovo indirizzo dal nulla in quel momento a cui manda il resto, indipendentemente da quanti indirizzi ci sono già. Tale indirizzo ovviamente non può essere su un paperwallet visto che è appena nato. E qua sta il problema, se uno non lo sa è convinto che i suoi restanti dindi siano ancora sul paperwallet. Così non è, sono andati altrove. vorrei avere un chiarimento

Se io uso un pezzo della mia canzone preferita c'è il rischio (anche se piccolo) che qualcun'altro la usi.

e se un hacker si mettesse a provare tutte le citazioni più comuni ? non mi sembra molto sicuro
muovere grosse cifre è sempre un pò rischioso anche se è l'unico modo per guadagnare con gli arbitraggi
