It's nothing fancy - you scan ICO websites (if they don't have the "Checking your browser before accessing domain.com" enabled) to find experts or advisors from ICO Bench.
If you find any, great, head over to ICO Bench, check their ICO profile, are they really advising this ICO? If not, then it's a red flag.
I was also thinking to include even more people in my database for the Expert Check tool, add additional notes and links to make research easier.

This is quite impressive, good news it shows many participants and investors are supporting the project. The hard work of the team is really worth to invest. Hope the ICO will gain a positive results as they have enough marketing strategies and techniques which anybody be benefited.
