Update on status:

- We submitted case to Interpol
- Local Court issued Court order
- We translated Cour Order in Chinese (as here is headquarters of Frewallet)
- We sent documentation to Freewallet and waiting on their response now.

Hi, yes. So currently we are following Freewallet Terms of processing of requests and will send Court order to address: Wallet Services Limited Suite A, 21/F, Eton building, 288 Des Voeux Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter “Address for correspondence”).

It was a phishing attack. Google search -> kraken, and they copied Kraken.com website.

We are in contact with Freewallet.org and with international authorities. Lets see how it goes, I have high hopes to get it back.
