Are developers building virtual machine for smart contracts? I saw it on the roadmap but didn't find vm code on the github.

What is the SALT token usage? They stated that loans will be provided in cash and will be backed by other currencies like Bitcoin or Ether.

Is this coin still alive? Their website is down, no github, blog is outdated. Any development here? I mean what the point to talk about the price when even such basic thing as website is out?
