I am working on one new crowd sale project and I am concern regarding legal parts of ICO projects.
I have found couple of cases where USA institution is going after ICO projects.

Hey guys,
I've been into blockchain, bitcoin and cryptocurrency for several years already. I am developing one project, however, I don't have well established social connections in bitcointalk forums and other forums. I want to do an announcement on forums in order to get some attention, collect feedback and support which can help me to grow and develop the project further. However, I am afraid that due to a new nature of a forum account, people won't accept me. I can see that authority in the forum plays a huge role.
What do you think, what I should do? And what would you do in my case?

First use escrow for funds in this case you get more support cuz there will see that your founds are in safe hands, if this project is related to something else and you need good support create announcement tread or hire someone to it for you (you can found here skilled designers) or if you need signature campaign then i suggest that you use good managers (that is also what you can find here).

and if its base on Ethereum smart contract, do I need to use escrow? Because smart contracts ensure that safe tokken/ money transfering
