I've read about CryptoHit exhange at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3342376.0a . The point here is they has no fee trading altcoin feature. I don't know what is the profit they get if they don't take altcoin trading fee? Is this a scam or what?

Because the market went down so hard in that timing not only KCS. My point is exchange's coins is a choice we can consider beside btc, eth or ltc...

Nowadays, I see a lot of questions like Bitcoin or ETH, RIPPLE OR LITECOIN... For me, these coin stand on the same side, they're all cryptocurrency. (Crypto vs Fiat) If up all up, if down all down like the recent period.
So, if we trust on cryptocurrency why not we choose exchange's coins?
Crypto raise then the exchange is the placed happiest. So if we hold these exchange's coins we can make the huge profit. Not only the price of coin but the percent of the trading's fee people make, calculated by percent coins you're holding like KCS of https://www.kucoin.com, COSS of http://coss.io/, etc. or with BNB of https://www.binance.com/ you can reduce 50% of your trading fee. (These are just 3 coins I am holding)
I think the exchange's coin is a good coin for holding.( If we trust on crypto)

What if the government ban them from the country because of using crypto? 

It took me ~10 minutes to deposit ETH and I like the icon(next to ETH icon) showing that transaction are waiting for confirm.
And the UI very friendly for me, the point I don't like here is the way It toggle sell and buy button when I made the order.
Btw, I think this exchange will be a good investment.

Yes, In case you research carefully about that project. Not just about the profit they told you!

Before to join any exchange, go search about problem when withdraw first. This is my experience. I did not find out about bittrex before have problem with verification. I did not find out etherdelta before I realize I cannot withdraw to my Metamask. Be careful before deposit to any exchange!
