Re: Are campaigs only the major source for earning BTC ?
by

on 21/01/2017, 18:54:59 UTC
I think that it is the only major leading source from where we can actually earn bitcoin
but i am not sure about trading

You can earn btc as you can earn real cash. Signature campaign are just a plus (for the currency) but there are other ways to get free btc.
As example try to sell a service or some goods for digital currency. It's really east as accepting cash Wink

what if my hardware/computer turns off or fails..do i lose my coins with paper wallets?

no because your coins are stored in that address = paper wallet.
You don't need anything more.

And you load the paper wallet after you create it, so it's impossible you lost.

Re: any Paypal to btc service?

Not sure if this question has been asked here before. I would like to know if there is an online service selling bitcoin for Paypal? so far I have found only xcoins.io and I don't really know if they are a reputable service. I did a search here for xcoins and found nothing so I dont know what to make of that. I would really appreciate if someone could suggest some services that can be used for buying bitcoins with Paypal.

Never sell btc for paypal!
If you want sell your paypal funds for btc use as suggested before, virwox.
Probably is the easy to use with a decent rate of exchange.

Re: Most Secure Currency to Hold Funds
by

I have many bitcoins I'm wanting to cash out, but I'm debating whether I should do it for gold, or for USD. The possibility of the bitcoin price crashing scares me, whereas it seems impossible for gold to lose all value.

What do you hold the bulk of your wealth in?

This is a really good question and I think it's not easy answer.
Maybe some years ago, the best motto was "buy an house" (a luxury one Wink maybe).

I think btc as a [digital] asset could be the best solution: easy to store, easy to resell, acceptable worldwide, anonymous etc etc...

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?

Saving or invest some times could be the same.
If you buy btc, you're saving your fiat currency and meanwhile you're making a good investment.
The classic way to "save" money could be useless in a long period of time.

Re: How would you double $100,000 safely?
by

I have $100,000 to invest but want to safely double it in a year. Any suggestions?

DOUBLE money can't be safe, because there is always a risk, and more is the yield more is the risk involved (up to scam!)
In one year a "safe" investment I think can't give more than 10%. If you fond other opportunities like a good stock, something lower valued, maybe you can try, but I think it's quietly impossible achieve a return like this.

Another way to attract more people is offering a discounted price for items sell with btc.

Because a lot of people love "holding" coins... meanwhile if you can offer a discounted item people could be more interested in your product!

I will continue to believe in bitcoin even if bitcoin will not have an high value like nowadays.
Just because it's a big innovation (like Internet!) and can create a new way to share economic benefit to all people and not only a group of bankers.

Re: Name me some sites where I can spend my bitcoins
by
torontoluxuryhomes
on 15/10/2016, 12:27:09 UTC
Since most of the popular sites do not accept bitcoins, name me some sites (mostly clothes, digital goods, jewelry, video games and all that sort of shit) something useful, that accept bitcoins and can be easily processed through payment.

The only good sites I know that accept bitcoin payments are Steam and Bitrefil (recharge/refill your phone credit balance)

So feel free to list me some more sites here.

https://purse.io/
I remember this site give the possibility to spend btc for buy goods on amazon!
it's a great chance Wink also to save money ! because there is a discount up to 50% of the fiat value!

Re: is it time to sell?
by

Only people in panic sell right now. Just hold your coins and you'll be fine. If you really wanted to sell your coins, then you should have done it when the price was over $450. If you don't want tiny profits, then hold your coins for the long term and you'll see that holding your coins pays off significantly more than selling at these daily peaks.

Its always good to secure some profits in short term rather then holding long, as you always have an opportunity to buy in future when price drops.

buy with rumors, sell with facts!

Hello everyone, i'm new here please give me some guidance... Smiley

Some question :-

1. Do bitcoin will be exhausted?

2. Who's really satoshi nakomoto?

3. Mining will be profitable for future?

1 yes 21000000
2 Nakamoto* nobody probably knows (or will tell to us)
3 Maybe yes but probably will be profitable for industrial miners and not for small users
