That last part in the quote doesn't appear to be the case with this bar, from what I can see, can you confirm m8? IF not, then you may have something even rarer than you thought....

The encyclopedia does have some errors and omissions, this being one of them.
According to data assembled by Minerjones, there’s 19 2FA bars.
10 of these have first bits that are 8-digit numbers, these may be the ones obscured by pen marking. 4 have printed first bits (like normal Casascius coins), these also may or may not be the ones obscured by pen marking.
5 of the 2FA bars have handwritten first bits, 2 of which have been redeemed.
2FA bars with handwritten first bits are among the rarest of Casascius collectibles, and it’s super cool to me that they are essentially the closest thing to Mike Caldwell “signing” his works.
