Unfortunately we can't scale as much as we'd like to due to lack of funds, we'll be 4 people with the marketer and growing much further isn't really feasible right now. We can look into how things are post-subscription again and re-evaluate then.


We don't have a permanent legal consultant in our team, primarily due to the aforementioned reason. We do however get legal (professional) advice when we need to on certain matters, for example during our registration on HitBTC (and RadarRelay) we had to ensure our token was not regarded as a security. We also had legal advise during our renaming process (since our name clashed with another well-known app, not related to cryptocurrency).

As far as exchanges go, we've already contacted a ton (more information on our Discord). We're going to hire a marketer in the first week of February (so tomorrow we'll look at applicants and decide within a day or two). As for updates, we published anything we're working on currently on our Roadmap.

With a small team and limited funding there's only so much we can do, in the end do remember that the goal for TKR is to be able to spend it on our platform (and not for the purpose of artificially pumping the prices). The utility will drive the prices, but until then all kinds of marketing will be seen as speculation. There are also tons of other ICOs (and tether) going on, we're definitely in some form of a long-term bear market where people may be reluctant to invest in anything which they can't cash out of immediately if things hit the fan.

Do let us know if something is difficult to use or just odd, we'll try and fix the issue. We're already fixing a few things in the UI/UX department in the next update (including the way transactions are added). Constructive feedback is very valuable, so any specific details will help us a lot.  Our main focus is usability, UI/UX comes second (we only have a designer, but no UI/UX person at the moment, so it's a bit more difficult as we're pure software devs).

We've also applied for listing over at Cobinhood (https://cobinhood.canny.io/exchange/p/list-cryptoinsight-tkr-2) - we'll need your votes to get recognition!

I'm sure you realize that the market cap isn't driven by us... nor do we do anything to sell people into buying our token (unlike many others (TRON for example) as you're probably already aware). That said, we ourselves have mentioned numerous times that crypto market caps are amplified by a factor of 100 to 1000 times. Moreover, "driving" the market cap would be breaching the Howey test in terms of the token being labelled as a security.

In any case, please do read our blog if you're interested in our current developments. Some of the information is outdated as our initial goals were different. We also did not take a year to build a desktop client and we're definitely not a singular person. Our ICO only finished in September and the desktop client idea was pushed in October after we received more interest (due to there being too many mobile apps already), so we switched our development and finally released the first build in December.

As for predictions/simulations, this is on the roadmap and will be done in the future. If you need any more information on how or what, then please let us know. We have no problem sharing the more technical information if you're interested, for starters please have a look at Monte-Carle simulations, Drift method (forecasting) or simply Amazon ML (machine learning by training models with a targeted binary output using historical data).

At the end of the day, we tell everyone to do their due diligence before investing into anything and ultimately it's your call. We don't know how the market will react.


Edit: Fun fact, airdropped free tokens have a higher market cap than us. What do you have to say about that? Prime example is 'eBitcoin'.

That'll be in the desktop version in a future update (see our roadmap on the website). Remember that predictions are as always just what the computer algorithms tell us, they can not predict if for example US decides to suddenly ban crypto tomorrow that everything will crash immediately.

We've also just published a minor update for some bugfixes over at https://github.com/cryptoinsightio/cryptoinsight-client/releases. It also includes a new functionality to swap between fiat and crypto currencies to display your values in!

Not exactly 'dividends', but airdrops as mentioned by wnj.

Right now no token utility has been implemented yet, this will be the aim after the update in Feb. The licenses you refer to is what we call subscriptions, that and other in-app revenue generating will go towards a pool that will be airdropped (largely).

The current features you see will remain free in any case, we'll only be requiring a subscription-based service for features that will cost us more to perform computation on generally.

In any case we're working on it, it'll take some time since we're a small team.

Not in the immediate future, perhaps later on at some point we can integrate a few exchanges to allow trading.

We're not allowing users to trade using our app (not a substitute for a trading bot) - just a 'read-only' option. Merely analytics and insights as the name implies.

Not at all, our mobile app has around 13000 to date and the desktop client has around 1100 now.
