I don't know about that token, I've just checked it in coinmarket and its trading volume is also quite large, if you're not sure about it, you can invest a small amount of money at low prices now.

From 2018 till date, we are getting awesome news on crypto. But market went into opposite. But hope progress can be made on SEC and/ or CFTC approval, US gov is back on action. Large name like Fidelity, IFC etc are quite confident in btc. Plus ethereum constantinopole hardfork is due. So future is bright, may be this rally will be ended but next bull run will be longer and higher
The crypto market has a lot of good news in Q1 2019 but its price has not improved much, anyway it is good news for crypto for a new start and the bull market will soon appear. I think you did a great decision buying those altcoins because there are already in the top 100 and their project is in active development and their community support is great especially eos. Well we are still in a bear market but hopefully before 2019 ends we might see a bullrun.
I think buying altcoin in the top 100 coins in coinmarket is still too risky, we should buy in the top 10 coins on coinmarket will be safer and it will help us to be less worried.Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
