First they speak about Gambling issues and block withdrawal then they push ToS.
They only pushed ToS after all stupid things.
It was you yourself, who told you have gambling issues and they do have rights to ask KYC whenever. I don't understand why do you cry here, do your KYC if you are legit and say bye to your money, if you are not legit. Easy as that.
Read ToS before depositing, as by depositing you agree on their ToS and at their ToS is clearly written that they can ask documents.

I checked history and his scheme is always same, first warning everyone from scammers, then also again gambling giveaways. Also same timezone as always.
