Re: Agbamoni & Stablexcoin Connected?
by

on 24/06/2025, 13:30:43 UTC
This is quite some sort of observation OP, although you claim to not know the forum too well but you do. Now, have you checked the post history, when I wake up and when stablexcoin wakes up? What took place on May 9 was an innocent mistake, normally I lay out time to go through the forum, looking at the latest post of some members. Just something I do, tracking when to enjoy the forum. On that day, I opened the latest of a few users, that of stablexcoin and tread93 with another user I cannot remember, particular 4 users on that day. Same way I came across this user Tread93 that had reserved 6 post on different threads in different boards. I wonder what could possibly be the reason why he did that as most persons where punished for this reason.

As you can see he later deleted most of the post, but that's not what I want to show there. I want to point out proof to the day was May 9, same day I made the  application on Fillipone's thread. More proof I took screenshot on that day here -

The main point here is, when I came back from a dinner break, I dont have in mind I was doing something else, i opened a new tab with my latest post even as there were other tabs there, got a little distracted by my brothers kids I started copying links from another profile which happened to be that of stablexcoin, that was how I ended up posting it, only for me to be sure I had the right links, so for me to find out it was another user's link, did my correction immediately.

Well you may wonder how I stumbled upon his profile, I viewed the profiles that was last merited by Fillipone during that week, took his application, that is how I started going through his links before I came back to start applying for mine. Not easy to identify my post with the distractions around at the moment.

It seems you know me better than I know myself. I can put my life at stake that I and Richbased are no alt. Misunderstanding from the forum members and it have been like that ever since which I dont want to push on the matter. I have been carrying the identity of someone I dont know about do you know how that feels?
I don't exactly understand how Thread93 is related here but anyway, I'll ignore it. If the OP is an alt account of another user is also quite irrelevant here, as the main concern it the topic itself, which is if the two accounts are connected, because if yes, then you're abusing the two signature campaigns. Look, I personally don't buy that you copied someone else's posts when creating your application, but even though the OP's observation is spot-on, I also don't believe there's enough concrete evidence to prove that the two accounts are actually connected. There's not enough proof to prove any of the two scenarios.

I can talk about more "evidence", which is by comparing posting styles, time, local timezone (according to the two profiles), and come up with the conclusion that the two accounts share quite a few similarities, but that isn't concrete evidence to prove the connection, perhaps it's enough to suggest that there's one, but as I said, not enough to prove.

I am also unsure how I got tangled up in this web. I still dont exactly understand what is going on but let this post serve as a reminder to all that May 9th 2025 was my "day of reserve" I had intended to write my thoughts on each and every post. sometimes I like to copy the links in a notepad and think about what im going to write and then go back to it later. when I put reserved on those posts I was just about to head off on a long drive with a friend for an event but my phone died and we couldn't find the charger so I decided to sit back and enjoy the ride and not post because I had no choice. come to find that I had been too late and forget about them and also the rule that you can't do this, but again already too late. I won't ever be doing this again, I see it has led me here in this awful thread lmao

Re: JPMorgan CEO tolerates bitcoin
by
tread93
on 26/05/2025, 03:19:24 UTC
Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JPMorgan, said his bank will soon allow its clients to buy Bitcoin, but it won’t custody the cryptocurrency.

“We are going to allow you to buy it,” Dimon said at JPMorgan’s annual investor day on May 19. “We’re not going to custody it. We’re going to put it in statements for clients.”

Jamie Dimon has explicitly criticized bitcoin before and multiple times at that too. He has called bitcoin a scam and has linked bitcoin to crimes like money laundering, tax evasion, even drug trafficking. His "approval" of bitcoin etfs in the bank to me seems like because he knows the benefit of using bitcoin but just refuses to admit it. He is most likely not wanting to be left behind so he has no choice but to allow the bank to offer bitcoin so they do not lose clients. “I don’t think you should smoke, but I defend your right to smoke. I defend your right to buy Bitcoin,” he said

This is most likely what will happen with other centralized banks. Forced to conform to the trend that is bitcoin to keep up with the times.

Jamie can't make up his mind he is bipolar on the subject of bitcoin lmao what a joker

hey guys,

sorry if this is the wrong area to post. please advise me where to post or move this post if its in the wrong area.

im looking for a way to turn cash into bit coin as i dont want my bank transfers tracked. atm i use bitcoin atms. but the price difference is huge there is at least a 20 percent loss from the market value for using this way.

im in australia, is there a easier way to get bit coins annon like using a atm to get bit coin that i dont know about? or i do i just have to face this is the price to pay for buying bit coin and making it untraceable from my bank?

im very private and secure with what i do and dont want to use exchanges, as i know its the best way right now.

Try to to p2p you will get slammed with fees using bitcoin atm

Now thats quite interesting. Its like a little elite club. Hush hush secret spot vibes. I dig it. Reminds me of that one movie with will ferrel more recent its called like the house always wins or something stupid like that. Anyways, how cool would it be to just park in this like off chute spot and walk over a street through a shopping plaza go into some secret pathways and bam you're in like this stellar secret spot that hardly anyone knows about it and if you do know about it you're cool. That would be fun. I don't know how you get to be a part of those lol.
I think that playing in such places is even more dangerous, because since it is an underground casino, in case of any disputes you definitely will not be able to get any help there. Maybe for someone it seems cool if you know about such places and have access to them, but for me it seems even more risky. I feel like these kinds of casinos might not play completely fair, and in such places it is very unlikely that you will walk out with your winnings.

Probably why nobody really knows about these places too! Everyone who wins gets the shit kicked out of them and then they dont do anything about it and never go back too scared to tell anyone Probably

Re: Bitcoin as the leading currency
by
tread93
on 26/05/2025, 02:02:43 UTC
With Bitcoin reaching a new ATH, overtaking assets and currencies in the rankings of the world... it got me thinking of what could happen if bitcoin finally becomes the most valuable currency in the world by marketcap.

Currently as you can see, the Chinese Yuan is the leading currency.. for now. Now let us visit a hypothetical world where bitcoin finally becomes the greatest currency among crypto and fiat alike. What happens? First of all, we need to establish when it could actually happen. Bitcoin would have to be valued at $1 million per coin at least in order to be the leading currency. When this finally happens, we can expect that adoption would be greater than ever.  Maybe take that and multiply into 100x. Now, we are seeing more countries take bitcoin and add it into their reserves. But when bitcoin reaches $1 million, other countries would be forced to add bitcoin into their reserves if they haven't done it yet.

The power that the leading nations (US, China) would lessen and shift towards bitcoin. And these are all positive things of course especially if you are already holding bitcoin right now. You are the future, my friend. Anyway, now let's talk about the possible challenges.

Bitcoin being the leading currency would mean it needs to brace itself for global use which would mean that it needs to have a larger scalability. Will layer solutions be enough or will there be a new solution that will emerge in the future?

Despite many optimistic investors, I do not think bitcoin will be reaching $1 million any time soon though I do have confidence that it will at some point. Just probably not tomorrow. Still, I like to think about what could happen if this does happen. What would the world look like with bitcoin as its leading currency?
you know it's pretty wild, they had all the math worked out. The pegged it at like 10 million per coin though right? Was that Hal? I think he said that. They made sure bitcoin would have the potential to be 10 times bigger than the largest world currency

Re: I had an interesting gambling conversation with chatgpt that has me dumbfounded

Gpt tailors its own texts based on your own thoughts. Basically the more you talk to it, the more it creates an echo chamber.

That doesn’t mean it is completely crap. It us pretty useful for many stuff but keep what I said in mind when you discuss serious topics.

Also don’t post these long ass gpt conversions, nobody will read it. It is a cringefest. Do not post chatgpt conversations at all.

I only use chat gpt for the most random shit, its kind of funny. But anyways lately i've been using Grok and that seems to be pretty cool, a little more accurate on data I think for sure. Actually surfs the web and has more "real time date" or maybe we should just call it the not quite as old as the other data data. I do fear for the younger generations. Any creative lines of thinking in the future will be far and few in between and soon all of these kids will be so consumed with the self image and looking cool or wanting to be cool or whatever the new "cool" thing is that they'll be so lazy that any kind of work at all will be done with hardly any vigor and half assed. Unless of course one raises his children to not conform to these TikTok consuming teens but stand apart from the crowd. These are the types of leaders my children will become in this world. This hazy world!

I saw this thread Gambling in Pop Culture and I remember one movie in particular, starring John Malcovich and Matt Damon. And it makes me wonder about those underground gambling rings. And also when I was growing up watching movies locally, there will always this plot twist that there is a illegal gambling den and it will be raided by the hero of the movie and then those running it says it is being protected by high officials of the government.

And so have you heard of it like in your country?

I also dig one story about it here:

Quote
Eugene Trincher ran a high-stakes illegal poker game in New York City from 2010 through April 2013. At these games, the pots frequently reached tens of thousands of dollars or more. The operators of these poker games, including Eugene Trincher, collected percentages of the pots known as "rakes." Each of the poker games employed at least five or more people to assist with the operation of the poker games, payments of debts, and collection of debts.

https://archives.fbi.gov/archives/newyork/press-releases/2013/defendants-plead-guilty-in-manhattan-federal-court-to-participating-in-racketeering-conspiracy-with-russian-american-organized-crime-enterprise-operating-international-sportsbook-and-to-participating-in-a-gambling-ring

Or have you played in this kind of underground gambling den before?

Now thats quite interesting. Its like a little elite club. Hush hush secret spot vibes. I dig it. Re: He saved himself, or BTC saved him??
by
tread93
on 25/05/2025, 01:46:33 UTC
I never thought I would witness something like this unfold in real life, especially close to home.

I have an uncle who has always loved technology. That's all I really knew about him when I was younger. He was a government worker at the time, and everything seemed fine. He was married with two kids, and life was going well until he had an accident.

The accident cost him both of his legs. Since then, his wife took over everything, and they moved far away from us, which caused our relationship to fade. Now, all we do is talk on the phone.

The last time I heard anything about him was when my mom told me that his wife had divorced him. He had no money or means to take care of his family which lead to the divorce but he did do something right.

In those days when we used to discuss technology, he mined Bitcoin (BTC) in an old pool. He referred to his mining rig as the "7970." However, since the value of Bitcoin wasn't very high at the time, he just left it in an old wallet.

A few days ago, he called my mom, saying he needed to speak to me. I later got in touch with him, and he asked me how to import his BTC private key. He said, "Do you remember that I mined Bitcoin with the 7970?" I replied yes, and he mentioned he didn't know how to import the key.

He was quite sure that he had something left in the wallet. After helping him out, I discovered he had 0.48 BTC in there. This has saved him, I believe. He wanted to send me something as a thank-you, but I refused because he needed the money more than I did.

His son doesn't look back, the daughter married to another man and they are out of the country. I hope we don’t end up having children who will never look back and take care of us in the future.

Please understand that I don’t like discussing my family online, but this experience has been surprising and provided a valuable lesson. It's a reminder for those who are taking care of their families without planning for their own futures. Your partner can leave you, your child can become indifferent, so always have something set aside just in case.

Wow, even after losing his legs due to an accident his wife left him alone with no way to support himself? Thats petty. What an awful wife. Terrible thing when your own family won't care for you in your time of need. Makes me question how the man treated his family also you have to look at both ends of the stick but still. I mean losing one leg is a lot but both legs? I mean holy hell thats life changing and awful at the same time. Feel bad for the guy, thank God he mined that bitcoin way back when.
That can happen in family so we should prepare for the worst thing that may happen. That guy really luck saved his Bitcoin from the old time so he can use Bitcoin and sell it if he want. That will change his life because with the money he had, he can start a new life with or without his family.

Well, he saved himself and Bitcoin saved him by giving a chance to have a better life than before. You, @OP are part of that guy so you should happy seeing him can survive in his hard situation. It is sad story but there is something good behind this story and make him survive. Now, he can enjoy the money and do something for himself so he can earn money.

He can certainly now afford to upgrade his lifestyle with some high tech machinery for better mobility. Hopefully he can find a way to make that little easter egg last and he can build upon it. It truly is a sad story and I do hope that OP can and will do everything in his power to help this poor man. Anyways, good thing to have Bitcoin always! Whether for a rainy day or just in case your legs fly off!!!! Too soon? I am so sorry. I couldn't resist a little funny joke, lets kick it off to the next topic. I know some people can't stand that. I didn't mean to get off on the wrong foot. Why don't you just dip your toe in the water and see it from my heel side hahahhahhahhhahah. Okay okay anyhow gotta run!!!! Lmfao I am so imature sometimes.

Re: Constant hum angering locals
by
tread93
on 24/05/2025, 02:45:00 UTC
A loud hum has been the subjects of complaints from the local residents in a village in the New York state. For the last five years, people have been complaining about this constant hum that can be heard by the lake as they say. The village has 300 people and just like any other stories about economic development, this village also attempts to protect nature.

What is the cause of this hum anyway? Mining bitcoin. Under Trump's administration, bitcoin mining has grown and has been accepted more than ever. As a bitcoin enthusiast and someone who understands that some sacrifices have to be made in order to move forward, I would not want the operations to stop. But we also can't just completely ignore the concerns of the people. There should be balance that we have yet to find.

In an interview with Bitcoin Magazine in April, commerce secretary Howard Lutnick said: "We're going to make it so that if you want to mine Bitcoin, and you find the right place to do it, you can build your own power plant next to it,"

Mr Shapiro believes that, with miners looking for the lowest cost, they could turn to leftover renewable energy that can't be used by other applications. "Wind power in the ocean can't be used to power a city, but you can set up an offshore platform that captures offshore wind and tidal energy, and use that to mine Bitcoin

Researchers are working hard to find environmentally suitable ways for bitcoin to keep operating. We just can't hit pause on innovation, but we can find better ways so that people are not inconvenienced nor harmed. What other possible ways can be used to solve this problem?

You know what ive known about this particular bitcoin mining facility practically since it was first ever even opened up! I was trying to help get them connected to the network when I worked in telecom. I remember trying to call in and reach the operator and checking out their website thinking how cool it was to see such a huge bitcoin mining operation happening in the states at the time. It was 2020 or 2021 when I looked into it. I always knew there was a noise associated with it but I never imagined that it would affect a whole town! I wonder if there is anything that they can do to soundproof of wash the noise or like filter it somehow to reduce it? ??

Re: Winning a bit then losing all the way
by

on 24/05/2025, 02:00:34 UTC
I’m always tired experiencing this annoying situation that I will win a little bit like 10% of my bankroll then my bankroll went downhill due to extreme losing streak that sometimes makes me think that the small win is just a bait to play more until you lose everything again.

Although I’m losing small bankroll only but it’s still annoying to experience this frequently on slot games.

Slot games is brutal if you are not the chosen to become lucky for that day.

Idk it's all depending on time and place and luck haha there isn't really an amazing way to time it or have better odds or anything you've got to just be in the rifht time and place amd at the right machine you know. Maybe one day you will win big m8ty
