I agree with you. In 2017, most of the icos were profitable, and now even the best do not collect hard cap....If 2017 was the year of the ICO, 2018 will be the year of the great ICO hangover. 

I can not predict the future of altcoin you are investing in but I think that altcoins will last more than the next five years because each and every day new altcoins are introduced into the cryptocurrency world.

You can sell your tokens when they get listed on official exchanges . You can use Etherdelta,Forkdelta,I heard that some people use IDEX, but the trading volume is quite low there

Telegram is one of the way to remove duplicate accounts in the ico, so it definetely is a measure of ICO success.  I cannot believe that you could be an ICO investor or even crypto investor without having access to Telegram. There are so many people and so many informations regarding the projects on telegram.
