Yeah, sure, it's entirely possible that it COULD reach 1,000,000 or any other super high arbitrary number in the next 5,10,20 years -- but nobody knows for sure. I certainly wouldn't recommend betting your future on it.

Those are definitely some good tips to keep in mind. I would say especially being too greedy and/or emotionally invested.

Probably "some day" it will, but that won't be any time soon. Eventually everything does. But I highly doubt it will for several decades, or much longer. We are just getting started with this technology.

This is very unfortunate. There are always people out there trying to game any system rather than doing things right. Sad.

I think we are all waiting for it to rise really. And it will. How much and how fast remains to be seen, but it will continue rising long term.

As others have said... it is useless for mining! You will actually lose money by doing it this way.

If it goes down much more than it is right now then I will definitely be buying it up. I think it will certainly rise high again, even much higher than the roughly 20k it was at towards the end of 2017 (just impossible to know when). So buying low and HODL is my plan.

It depends on if it keeps going up or drops. That's the simple answer.

But I do think right now holding it is likely going to make you a lot of money (depending on how much you own) as it will probably go up again very soon. The trick is knowing how long to hold on and when to sell.
