Usually what happens is more people are staking with higher amounts and more people staking period. It happens to every coin  mining or pos. 

I use an IP6 address on my node and opened port 24025 . I checked it on a port checker site and all was ok. But when I look on explorer it says my port isnt open. I am assuming my ipv6 setup wot work.
