I'm not affiliated with the dice game in any way. The dice game is a scam if it doesn't allow people to withdraw their coins from the service, and I haven't seen such posts. Same goes for your lottery, if you run with the ticket money or don't pay out the wins after the lottery your service is a scam.
It's really stupid to accuse a form of gambling a scam if it really isn't one. If you started running a lottery in Las Vegas and started shouting that the casinos are scams because they always win in the long run what would you expect to happen? You'd get sued for libel.

The point of lotteries usually is that the prize pool is so big that it will have a significant impact on the players life if he hits the jackpot. For example you get a chance to win 10 000 000 x bet even if the organizer cuts 50% of the pool.
