You can't shove it in to one box, it's never existed before. There will have to be some clever thinking and new guidelines from the government to cover all aspects of Bitcoin
Why did the value of 1 BTC fall from ~1100 USD in December to ~450 now? I can understand volatility for a couple 100 dollars even, but the value has almost halved. Is this due to the Mt. Gox hacking?
Those are more speculations IMO, but I believe reasons are clear: 1. Mt.Gox 2. Other exchanges suffers attacks 3. Charlie S. 4. Then it was not bad until 5. ITS 6. China (maybe yes/maybe no)
but all of those means nothing Bitcoin is not 1 year old project and it is very strong even with all of those issues there are plenty of good news too.
Bitcoin is still fragile in terms of the ecosystem, so when a government takes a stance, or something happens to a prominent company in the space, it can easily affect the price. Large markets work the same way.

Re: Will 1 Bitcoin will Reach 1 million usd one day?
If I want to buy some bitcoin I have to get verified first and link a bank account. It is @#%^ing ridiculous. If I ever buy bitcoin it will have to be in-person with someone who has them. Selling is the same deal.
Will we ever be able to buy and sell bitcoin easily?
We're working on it over at Coin Market. Verification only takes about 2 minutes, give it a shot.
This is a ponzi scheme. First, someone who no one has ever heard of before announces that he has discovered a way to make money Second, the individual claims that a particular market provides unexploited arbitrage opportunities. Something is selling too low The individual who sells the Ponzi scheme makes money by siphoning off a large share of the money coming in. In other words, he does not make the investment
How is the government printing money that doesn't exist so that it can lend it to itself and 'bolster the economy' not a ponzi scheme?

Re: Seat of Your Pants Crypto-Currency Trading Guide
I really feel like I want to puke and I'm shaking all over my body and can barely type.
I was just checking my wallet on blockchain and noticed that all my bitcoins were transfered to another account!
From the Details it happened yesterday.
I had made a brainwallet which i tought noone could have guessed and never put my private-key somewhere.
Please is there anything I can do or at least to make me feel better? I just don't have a clue what to doaöäshefp9heWHFPAWHEFE
Security is paramount in crypto. All of the problems that cryptocurrency solves ie: quick and easy to send, no charge backs - Also make it easy to steal.
You have to be incredibly careful with your dough, it's like carrying around bars of gold on your person in a bad neighborhood, find a place safe to store it!
Relatively new here so I could't post this in the marketplace section. But I am looking to buy some BTC and gain some good relationships with legit sellers. I'm willing to do cash deposits straight into your bank account or whatever really works for you.
Trade on Coin Market - we give you a kickback as a market maker providing liquidity.
The dev team behind it that's hopefully dedicated and working full-time on making those advancements is key as well.

We would only ever impose withdrawal restrictions if a payment method was used that can be charged back. This is why Bitcoin is superior to fiat currency, but unfortunately how scammers can take advantage of exchanges.
But to answer your questions - we've come quite a long way since this thread was started. Check us out, trading 9 coins and more to come!

I think they're insolvent, period. Whether through sheer incompetence and a ton of missteps, or some blatant criminal activity, either way it's bad for BTC and they need to step aside / try to make it right.
