They have some issues with the funds recieved after the hardfork. They wrote about it on the site.
Try to send the sum you had before hardfork or use you wallet instead of mymonero.

i try send xmr amount before hardfork and can't send it.

coin on mymonero.com berfore 10 jan 2017 it can not send!!

why?

and i have to know fee of mymonero?

i have 3.1934 xmr and i send 3.1000. i can not send

why?
