Yes, contacted. They have a vocabulary of 3 words - "Tomorrow", "Probably" ,"Wait". I can understand, but when it comes to money, trading, currency, everything should be very clear with the terms. You cannot just take and not to fulfill their obligations. At the moment my opinion about United Traders changed from neutral to negative. Deeply negative.
