how is this project doing? making a little research on it. how does problem of smurfing addressed? not mine quote:

Quote
People are going to be tanking their rating, getting smurfs to play in their games/play for them, DDOSing opponents, and manipulating the game in other ways to win money. There is no way that this will result in any kind of fair matchmaking.

also can I check somehow statistics of games played using 1stblood?

thanks

It sounds nice, but I don't think this would get very far... It's just not a very smooth concept and it would bring nasty disadvantages with it too... ;/

could you elaborate? why not very smooth? what disadvantages? it seems like two coins already up and running on this concept.

Could you specify? What coins? Are they exactly the same as this one?

I meant, you say that DAG concept for crypto sounds nice but wouldn't get very far, I asked why. the two coins that using dag right now seems like IOTA and byteball.

What is the present list of DAG based ledgers? I could find tangle/iota, byteball and this. I'd like to research more into this, so any additional references would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure there is only Byteball and Iota at the moment, well, and this project. Which is really interesting, because if this was anything like traditional blockchain projects, you'd have approximately a billion clones by now, including IotaClassic, ByteballClassic, Bitball, My and so on.

i'm new to this, why do you think there's only 2 coins based on dag? is it bad concept?

Re: Bitcoin.com and softswiss
by

on 27/08/2016, 12:23:44 UTC
Hello. I remember bitcoin.com was launching their own casino on a softswiss platform, here's the proof https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-com-launches-casino/

Now when I visit casino.bitcoin.com, I don't see any of the softswiss software, games, etc.

Did they broke contract with softswiss, anyone knows something about this?

Thanks.
No contracts were broken as far as i am aware. Here is a copy of the email that was sent out to all palyers with an account:

Quote
Bitcoin.com decided to change the strategy on game offering and we are going to shut down the current casino. If you have funds on your balance account please request a cash out and we will pay you money out immediately.
Softswiss has been a wonderful partner with Bitcoin.com and has lead the legacy gaming industry’s adoption of bitcoin. Moving forward Bitcoin.com intends to focus more on blockchain centric games rather than classic casino games that are offered by SoftSwiss and its partners.
Those of you who enjoyed playing slots, card games, roulettes and other casino games at Bitcoin.com may continue to do so in any casino powered by SoftSwiss.
Best regards,
Casino.bitcoin.com Team

thanks, when was this message sent out?

Very bad design, I don't have desire to play there, it sucks, I prefer other modern casino, this one looks like 00s online casino.

Thanks, but that's not what I asked, or were you talking about old softswiss casino at bitcoin.com? or new one?

Re: Betsoft - popular videoslots provider appears to be rigged?

Hello everyone. As far as I know Betsoft has some popularity amongst bitcoin gamblers and today I stumbled upon this article https://www.casinolistings.com/news/2016/06/warning-avoid-all-betsoft-slots-and-casino-games.

Is this software provider really popular amongst bitcoiners? What are your thoughts on this?

This is exactly why I dont play slots. You never know what will happen and you have no control at all with no way to prove if its legit or not. I dont know why people play them.

I disagree, I love slots. Ofc I don't expect to profit of them and just gamble for fun, this occurrence with betsoft though is pretty disappointing.

Re: [ANN] Cubits - Bitcoin merchant platform - Multisig wallet
by

on 28/06/2016, 21:12:02 UTC
Hello guys,

We recently launched Cubits.

Link: https://cubits.com

Our team worked hard on creating a Bitcoin Platform that would enable users to buy Bitcoin extremely quickly.
We created an intuitive interface, support for 17 currencies and various payment platforms like OBT, OKPAY and SOFORT.

For any questions contact us at: support@cubits.com

that's awesome and all, but why is your site always down? It literally newer works for me. I even tried visiting it from another IP address through VPN, cubits.com is never alive, always down. Is company still alive?

Re: Ways to promote new gambling site?
by
tycoonUA
on 24/05/2016, 21:52:10 UTC
Personally i wouldn't do sig campaigns. They don't pull as much traffic as you would think.
An when your first starting out most people can't afford to do them.
In most cases you will likely not get your money back that you pay on campaigns.
What you will find is word to mouth is the best way to get people to your site.

Things that do get people.
Active posts.
Games/rounds
Giveaways
events

In most cases you can break even an generate new traffic.

Personally i feel sig campaigns are a waste of money, you will never get that money back from having a sig campaign.
Also non targeted ad's which are being used on low quality traffic, in most cases people who are on faucet's don't have very much money so the quality of clicks is low.
The current price on quality clicks is kind of shady its way to expensive, also in most cases its fake targeted traffic that is safe against google and other search engines.

Id say having your site reviewed by some of the btc news sites and maybe a ad on bct might help you out.

But id skip ad networks and sig campaigns.

this was very helpful thanks.
