Q: How will this affect development/time/love given to ICONOMI
A: (Yan): zero, we have built a new team including devs

- it was really simple: it became clear that CFI has to be separate because the iconomi is so focused on the platform that CFI was being held back. so it was either cancel the project or separate it
- the goal is to have great cofoundit mentors in every blockchain hotspot around the world
- the idea is for us to provide a due diligence service for the crypto investment community, among other things
- cofound.it coaches great ICO projects and receives a share of the tokens they issue
- it became clear that the scope of cofound.it is bigger and very different from iconomi, so we worked on building a new team
- we’ll be providing evaluations to iconomi, and others
- selected ones will even be audited by deloitte
- and we have a couple of REALLY cool projects in the pipeline
- right now we have experts for branding, design, B2B sales, business development, smart contract development, agile team processes.

Q: more like decentralized kickstarter?
A: (Yan) hm. more like y combinator + kickstarter + upwork

Q: dont you think that iconomi, as an unfinished product which it is right now needs full attention from all team members? Wouldnt it be better to start this kind of program when icn delivers all platform deployments?
A: (Yan) he key limiting factor for iconomi is devs
and we have our own dev team we’re not stealing any

Q: but ICNP team will need someone to do the due diligence
A: (Yan) cofound.it will still provide that service, but not limited to iconomi.
we’re on our own but will of course still work closely with iconomi

Q: Still dont understand what the DAMP platform has to do with ico due diligence.
A: (Yan) nothing.
mentoring started as an offshoot of the ICNP. after a while we realised that it is a totally different focus from DAMP
and decided that it’s best to separate the teams so each can focus

Q: will you still be with Iconomi or will you be fulltime at cofound.it then
A: (Yan) fulltime with cofound.it but sharing the office

Q: my key question is still why not a separate department or a subsidiary?
A: (Yan) because if we would do that the other investors would say “why are you using our money for that, this is not DAMP”
A: (Yan) because we want to bring other ecosystem partners in,  too.

A: (user) I think ICONOMI made a smart move. He helped set up a Cofound.it, which will ensure ICONOMI to have High Quality Data for investing in ICNP. This will allowe ICONOMI faster to develop basic idea of the Digital Asset Arrays PLATFORM, but the ICO Evaluation, will become the primary task of Cofound.it
