Seems that terms of uRother pre-ico mooved to the March, 14. I think team just took some additional time for completing their tasks and increase media activity .
I also noticed that, and want some official answer why the project mooved date of pre-ico? Maybe we can help uRother? What do you think, guys?We have some hectic days with our program code in application, we moved a day of pre-ico starting because we need more worldwide announces so we decided to continue our bounty campaign.

You just need to understand that token distribution during ICO and after ICO distribution, are not the same things.First one nessesary for cover expenses during ICO, 60% of it aiming for after ICO activity like marketing, developing, legal service and so on.

If you mean the stage after the ICO, than the application will be able to accept direct receipts for the purchase and further use of the RRcoins.
As for unreleased tokens, yes they will be automatically deleted.
