yeah i can understand that happening, fair enough

im alright with using any 3 of those services, which one is the easiest? (i'd also rather remain annonymous too) e.g. wouldnt want to sign up with any and then find out that just to transfer money i have to send in scans of my I.D. and get verified etc . . .

Im pretty sure theres no transaction fee's at all Cheesy, and the website has a tool for checking and reviewing each transaction made too! (Edit: so you can check the balance after each purchase to see how much is remaining)

either a visa card with $160 USD credit on it, or i could use the card myself and pay through paypal or another similar service if they allow.
your trust rating isn't perfect, and the idea of sitting on the deal for a few days till you decide to finalize worries me a little, il try and contact johnk as an escrow,

its up to you how u want to accept payment, but the simpler the better, your %16 rate plus the "escrow's cut" is already emptying me out and paypals rates on top of all that is putting me way behind what i thought i would get (beggers cant be choosers though right)

if you are interested in the card, that could be a very simple way too ... as i said up to you ultimately

so an 11% markup would equal how many bitcoins? (value of the card is $160 USD)

Yeah the website is a bit plain with its description, but as far as i know it IS a legitimate visa, used for any (worldwide) online transactions the same way a normal credit card is used, just today I bought it with cash (anonymously) and it isnt connected to any bank account or any accounts in general, just straight swapped cash for the card at my local post office, i had the option to load any amount of money onto it.

Just as an FYI to anyone interest in using PayPal.

This weekend I sent approx $600 to a user via bitcoin-otc IRC channel. I sent this as a gift. He received the money then dropped offline.

I thought this is not a big issue I will just file a chargeback with PayPal -- DENIED.

So if you send a GIFT the only way it is refundable is if the SELLER sends it back -- PayPal told me this when I called them up.

There are some stories/options about the ability to LIE to PayPal and tell them your account got hacked etc you might get the money back but you will have your account closed/flagged.

Anyway I got my money back, eventually, due to tracking the guy down - he claims his computer credits ran out [in the library] and had some other issues. He refunded me as I said. So if he is lying or not I don't care. I got my money back.

tl;dr --> PayPal Gift payments are not able to be chargedback unless you lie to PayPal and have the account potentially closed.

I'd even be willing to send the cash as a GIFT like the user above said he did, but an escrow would be preferred if i did that, if someone like johnk was involved it would be even better..

Perpaid visa card $160 USD hit me up [GONE]
by

ive been a reader on these forums for a while now, but only just made an account today, im in urgent need of at least 1.48 bitcoins and stupidly bought a (debit type)  visa credit card with about $160 USD on it ($200 NZD) thinking i could visit one of the BTC exchange sites and cash in whats on my card for some Bitcoins, clouded by my ignorance i didnt realise the trouble i'd have trying to find a place that would accept visa/debit for bitcoins, and with the potential for people getting scammed by the buyer through paypal, i can imagine why that option is avoided

so. anyone out there know of an alternate way ? (yes i have searched and tried to figure it out myself) im open to any options...

or
if anyone makes online purchases regularly i would give them the full card details in exchange for bitcoins (rate in ur favour) and with those details u can check www.prezzycard.co.nz to make sure u know how much ur getting

im not a scammer or troll or whatever, just tryna find a solution ...

hit me up PLEASE and thank you
