AS per statstics , now FED on a stage that Ending  QT(Quantitative tighting). But i have a question that , FED issue Bonds , bills to grab the liquidity from the market (QT) now its all time high.  Now going to end QT.  Next, Principal and interest should pay , principal they can pay from what they recieve, how about interest , DO fed need to print money for it?

why people panic and selling alts ,they might dont what will happen in next mont

Now BTC dominance at range of 55-60%. last 2 weeks gone bloody red. i saw panic selling most are.  In coming months BTC profits should come to alts and BTC dominance can be lower 35%. so alt coins prices will 3x-10X from current price.

keep in mind all the coins not perform in same way.

most of the newbies, dont know what is going to happen in next months.

If you refer twitter , you get panic quickly.

Re: best bot for alt season rebalancing bot? or ?

Bots aren’t exactly consistent because the market is highly unpredictable, and the experience can vary greatly from trader to trader. So, I can’t really answer your question definitively. The best approach might be to try it out yourself and see how it performs for you. Then, maybe you can share your results with us - whether it turns out profitable or not.
If it was a bot that promise a consistent return, then yeah I will doubt that but what he have there is only said to rebalance things up. I think that one is still possible and doesn't sound too good to be true. Some trading bots might be plug-and-play, that even a newbie can get them running but if not, then yeah it needs a good experience to be able to operate and benefit on them. It is okay anyway, if you can't answer his question very well but as long as you still have some insights, that might still be fine. The one that you said of trying it out and see how it goes, is a good response actually if we don't know how things plays out. That should give an answer to us and we literally can find a way on how to improve things later on on our own, if in case things didn't go as planned.

If it turned out to be profitable, I'm afraid to say that they might solo the gains/knowledge but this can be the result of them not finding a better answer in the forum, so there is no need for us to get angry by that. There might still some who are kind enough to do the opposite thing but if in case it is not profitable, usually both types of people are going to let everyone else know it and hoping they can get another help.

yes, i will share what i experienced on this platoform for sure

I have limited time to explore market on all the time. so i decided to make a bot for me. i use rebalancing bot with 12hour balancing method. Do you think its worth?

4hour also can put because rapidly moving the alts at the moment. but fees eat profits. so what is the best 12hour rebalance or precentage wise or any other method?
With this altcoin season, it's better for your trading portfolio if you trade with Spot and set up your sale price like x2 from your entry, or more, you have to check price chart of each coin, use 1-week or 1-month candle and find your exit price. At least x2 if these coins did not pump x2 yet.

You can check your portfolio once a day to see whether your sale order was filled, if it was filled, you can purchase a next coin in your Watch List and repeat your sale, x2 from entry.

You can do it very simple in an altcoin season, and try to choose coins with high trading volume, because they will have less risk of be delisted from exchanges. You can try Gunbot, they have an announcement thread in bitcoin talk.

interesting answer about the question. yes its good way to secure profits

tell your suggestions for this aggressive markets and its highly appriciated
You said the fee is eating the profits, which means this is not a good bot, for if it is a good bot, you will have enough profits good enough to sustain the fees and you will still be happy with your take-home, especially when the market is nicely volatile.

It's good you ask and I can only advise you to go for long-term trading strategies, bots work best for that and it is no stress for you. The 4H and 12H are cool too but it depends on how you code the system. If it is to trade the timeframes based on a single candle (each candle), you might have enough issues with it. But if it is to trade the entire pattern, it will be fine. Make it trade trend or swing strategies and you will be fine.

Yes. you are great in replies. i appreciate. i have chosen the rebalance bot with 8 hour one. its more rational in my view. i have tried 1d time frame one got 250$ decent profit.

I think the same. but we can see more crashes soon. after deducting the interest rates, people tend to buy risky assets. in my opinion , ZRO and TIA are best investments

Re: Long term Crypto winning strategies

I do trading aswell in the short term, but your question is regarding investing - i am first and foremost an investor.

My plan is to accumulate bitcoin as much as i can.

For the long term i look at macro liquidity and general stock market sentiment. I also look at certain onchain data for bitcoin that coincides with the 4 year cycle. Even with this decade being so different, this has still worked.

Here is an image of M3 money supply of USA and Europe which shows strong correlation between bitcoin price and liquidity/fiat debasement that helps me for a zoomed out perspective.

Within this longer framework, i also use the volatility to accumulate. Other people like to dca consistently or buy dips, but I try to be more aggressive because i have constructed models with onchain data that allow me to have confidence to trade multi week or even multi month (some would call this swing trading). Here is an example of one of my models with backtesting.

Thanks for the explanation. where can i see charts

In terms of short term trading, i dont focus on technical analysis simply because everyone else is, so less edge. I prefer to focus on orderbooks (which can also be useful for long term confluence for finding tops and bottoms)

I am confused about how BTC price comes from blockchain?
So you have been on this forum ever since 2017 and have made 1338 posts and you think bitcoin price comes from blockchain? May I ask what have you been doing all this time and what have you been reading on this forum?

Most importantly if you don't even understand the price and the market how do you claim that 2023 is going to be bearish?!!

I know the economics, demand and supply determines the price. But here how technically price comes from?

Re: what are the disadvantages of paper wallet
by
udayantha11
on 06/12/2022, 09:10:11 UTC
Most are saying that if you hold big amount BTC you choose paper wallet. what is the reason behind that?
What matters is that your private key(s) shouldn't connect to the internet, so your wallet is secure and protected against hackers.
Paper wallet is recommended because your keys are on a paper and there is no way for a hacker to access your paper. Take note that if you don't generate your paper wallet properly, it wouldn't provide the security it should. For example, if you generate your paper wallet using an unsafe tool, it's possible that all your fund is stolen. Or if you generate your keys on an online computer, it wouldn't be a cold storage and wouldn't have a big difference with an online wallet.

AS per my understanding, we can go offline and generate keys on Bitaddress.org. am i correct and is it Good?
