This rig auto-collects and auto-cancels leases. I can't see back far enough to see all the payments because the history cuts off, but to the best of my knowledge, payments for your 72 hours stopped when the rig went down. Separately from the above, I leased hostkey18. For the majority of the lease it was unavailable, but I was quickly refunded after requesting via email.

I have a 72 hour lease started in TCM14. The rig is rated at 1.33MH, but so far averaging .92MH. Please let me know if maybe one of the cards isn't hashing and what you can do to compensate if the hashrate remains at .92.

Selling the remainder of one Antminer S1 hosting contract. This one is located at miaviator's low cost hosting facility.
This was started on 2/14/14 and ends 5/15/14 (90 days). After payment miaviator will setup the new owner's pools. At the end of the contract the new owner will have a choice of what to do with with the S1. Details are in the original post. Please read if not familiar with the terms.
AntMiner S1: 0.893 BTC (Last price at BITMAIN before being discontinued)
Remainder of contract: 0.225 BTC (way bellow current costs due to BTC price drop as hosting is set in dollars)
Total: 1.118

I am currently leasing "HOOCHIEMAMA3". Rig not working!!!! Not 1 share submitted! Please compensate me. This is absurd.
about 15 minutes where lost, can you please extend the lease by atleast 15 minutes? please.

I believe yours is the 1 hour lease in the middle, which looks to have had a rig restart on the pool changeover. If this was indeed you, this is your third separate one hour lease... so you likely haven't had that bad an experience. I'll gladly credit you for the minute(s?) of downtime if you lease again, but based on your expectations of responsiveness I'd recommend you stick with other providers. Good luck.

Sorry about this, first time I've seen the issue with this rig. If it stabilizes, I'll credit you for the time it was acting strange. If it doesn't stabilize I'll get you a full refund.
Edit: Fingers crossed, seems stable for the moment. I added 6 hours to your lease. Will check again in the morning.

I hope this fallback jumping issue gets fixed. Since the rig was performing well at the start.
