I can only use my bitcoin to invest. In fact, bitcoin is not allowed in my country. It is still forbidden. But we can participate in bitcoin trading. This is a better thing, and we hope there will be better news.

Re: When you first know about bitcoin what was the price?
by
uinu
on 07/02/2018, 02:00:31 UTC
The first time I heard bitcoin was $ 1000, but then I did not believe bitcoin. Because Bitcoin did not know how many people at that time, I heard that many countries banned, so even more afraid to invest, think about it a little regret.

I think in 5 years bitcoin will be more stable. People will use it as a payment method in each country they need. Governments will be more open to bitcoin
My wish is just like yours. I hope that most countries will accept bitcoin transactions, especially my country, so that the development of bitcoin will get better and better.

We can promote bitcoin through our circle of friends, increase bitcoin visibility and let more people know and invest bitcoin...
You are right, raising the visibility of bitcoin, not only make more people understand bitcoin, it is also beneficial to the development, but also help some countries to accept bitcoin transactions earlier.

Now that bitcoin is cheaper, you might consider holding more, but do not invest too much, and you still have to bear the risk of bitcoin going down.

Re: The advantages of bitcoin
by
uinu
on 04/02/2018, 10:04:20 UTC
The following are some of the major advantages of using Bitcoin versus other currency systems:

No Third-Party Seizure
Since there are multiple redundant copies of the transactions database, no one can seize bitcoins. The most someone can do is force the user, by other means, to send the the bitcoins to someone else. This means that governments can’t freeze someone’s wealth, and thus users of Bitcoins will have complete freedom to do anything they want with their money.

No Taxes

There is no way for a third party to intercept transactions of Bitcoins, and therefore there is no viable way to implement a Bitcoin taxation system. The only way to pay a tax would be, if someone voluntarily sends a percentage of the amount being sent as tax.

No Tracking
Unless users publicize their wallet addresses publicly, no one can trace transactions back to them. No one, other than the wallet owners, will know how many Bitcoins they have. Even if the wallet address was publicized, a new wallet address can be easily generated. This greatly increases privacy when compared to traditional currency systems, where third parties potentially have access to personal financial data.

No Transaction Costs
Sending and receiving Bitcoins requires users to keep the Bitcoin client running and connected to other nodes. Essentially, by using bitcoins users will be contributing to the network, and thus sharing the burden of authorizing transactions. Sharing this work greatly reduces transaction costs, and thus makes transaction costs negligible.

No Risk of “Charge-backs”
Once Bitcoins are sent, the transaction cannot be reversed. Since the ownership address of Bitcoins will be changed to the new owner, once it is changed, it is impossible to revert. Since only the new owner has the associated private key, only he/she can change ownership of the coins. This ensures that there is no risk involved when receiving Bitcoins.

Bitcoins Cannot be Stolen
Bitcoins’ ownership address can only be changed by the owner. No one can steal Bitcoins unless they have physical access to a user’s computer, and they send the bitcoins to their account. Unlike convential currency systems, where only a few authentication details are required to gain access to finances, this system requires physical access, which makes it much harder to steal.
You're good at it, and I appreciate the bitcoin-derived "blockchain" technique, but not so much about bitcoin itself, and Bitcoin's premise model itself has got a lot of controversy. Therefore, it can be said that the advantages of bitcoin are its characteristics and disadvantages.

Bitcoin has really dropped recently, but I believe bitcoin will not disappear like this. It is the first cryptocurrency that many crypto-technologies have to learn from it, and the crypto industry can not possibly make it disappear.

Re: What Happen With Bitcoin? What is the Reason for this huge drop?
by
uinu
on 02/02/2018, 02:27:48 UTC
While it isn’t clear why bitcoin’s price has dropped so quickly, it isn’t hugely surprising.

Bitcoin is widely considered to be a bubble, which could keep inflating until it completely collapses.

The sudden slump does, however, come amid a great deal of negative press.

This week, the US Securities and Exchange Commission reportedly suspended trading in The Crypto Company, a US based cryptocurrency consultancy, amid concerns over stock manipulation.

South Korean bitcoin exchange Youbit also announced its closure, after hackers stole 17 per cent of all assets.

The value of the notoriously volatile cryptocurrency has fluctuated unpredictably all year, with nobody truly knowing whether it is on the verge of rising even further or falling spectacularly.

Just 1,000 bitcoin holders are believed to own 40 per cent of the entire market, and it has been claimed that they can cause its value to plummet or soar at any point.

All throughout bitcoin’s spectacular recent rise, fears around it being a huge bubble that could burst at any moment have only grown.

It has been labelled a “huge scam”, a “dangerous speculative bubble” and compared to an infamous historical crash involving tulip bulbs.

JPMorgan chief executive Jamie Dimon recently described bitcoin investors as “stupid” and said he would fire any staff caught trading in it.

However, its rapid rise has, understandably, also made it irresistible to many.

Some have even speculated that it could creep towards the $1m mark. However, the overwhelming consensus is that its price will eventually crash.

The news is simply terrible for us, fearing the government is having bad news about bitcoin all the time.

I think Valentine's Day affects bitcoin to a great extent because Valentine's Day needs to buy gifts, you need money to buy gifts, bitcoin needs to be sold, and Bitcoin markets fluctuate.

Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money?
by
uinu
on 01/02/2018, 02:06:01 UTC
I think this is impossible because digital currencies are not known by too many people now and many of them still do not know the usefulness of digital currency and do not know how to get it.
I agree, very few people know bitcoin right now, only a small percentage of people around me know that before I told my friends, I did not see anything about Bitcoin, so I do not think digital money can replace cash currency.
