I didn't set --queue, --gpu-threads or --intensity, so these were at default values.

This only happens with the last few versions of of minerd, an older version (before your "What next..." post) worked fine with both GPUs. Unfortunately I don't know at which exact version it stopped working.

A new round started, and peoples earnings from the round before disappeared suddenly. (Nothing in unconfirmed)
I really hope this doesn't result in zero payout for nearly 4 Million shares/400-500 hours!

I tried this ↑ new version of minerd, but I still get 100% HW-Errors on my second GPU.  
This bug doesn't occur with an old Version of minerd.

I didn't get any payout for my unpaid EU balance yet, and my address isn't showing up in that block.
If this block is indeed from EU, it seems that the pool was withholding more than 50BTC and is still withholding the remainder.

This doesn't work for me, shares from both GPU's show up with "GPU: 0" at the beginning of the line.

If I use minerd on two different GPU's (5830+5770), the second one always produces 100% HW-Errors. This doesn't happen with other mining software.

Sorry, no chance for a binary (none of my computers has Windows on it), but there's also no need for binaries: Just install python and pyopencl. And, more generally speaking, never ask for binaries in a forum, especially if it's somehow related to bitcoins, you now, security and paranoia and stuff…

Hint: That magic phoenix/phatk +3% optimized line of code, that's posted at several places in this forum, also works with the phatk in fpgaminers or my version, of course. You can modify that line of code very easy if you have the code; it would be very difficult to change something in a binary.

fpgaminers version of merging his phatk branch with luke-jr's branch seems to miss some of luke-jr's patches, and github shows conflicts. So I gave it a shot myself and made a new version. Because patches often didn't apply, I had to merge manually. So here it is:

→ Now you can choose between the original poclbm kernel and phatk via command line (-P or --phatk)
→ It has all of luke-jr's improvements, including more detailed statistics (with some cosmetic changes by myself)
→ Some other very minor improvements
