Be carefull with this "project" guys! They dont have any conferences, events (no one didnt see their faces). They dont know which type of exchange they developing (DEX or CEX). I was reading the whitepaper and have a few doubts.
What do you exactly mean by Flexible Blockchain Network ? And how is this different from the current blockchains.
Flexible Blockchain Network is a blockchain that may switch from Public to Private as per the user Requirement. RAYS is making this possible with the help of a user chosen Digital ID. What do you exactly mean by Flexible Blockchain Network ? And how is this different from the current blockchains.

100k Transaction per Second and its free, interesting to see the development of projects like this, if we look at the past, many claim to have transactions faster than Bitcoin, but fail.
Adoption and usability is important factor in this universe otherwise it will remain unnoticed and will die. If team will get succeed to raise awareness and big companies will show their interest to integrate their business on this network than it could survive.

This is absolutely not a fun project and is a very challenging one. Its really a disrupting concept and idea. Well, the team is able to send RAYS from one wallet to another wallet. Yes. RAYS Support Master node. But the detail of that is yet not made public. Their technical whitepaper will be released in Q4 2018. This information will be presented in that Technical Whitepaper.

The bulletproof algorithm is immune to such attacks from quantum proof and the privacy shield cannot be broken by the quantum computers. It is an extension of DPoS. In DPoS, the delegates are chosen by the community. According to the video description, in CDPOS, delegates are assigned the labels of 'Efficient', based on their performance.
