The easiest/laziest solution would be :
1. Only use blockchain as entropy source when the cost to manipulate blockchain is higher than it's "reward"
2. Use many blocks in a sequence as entropy source since it's difficult to manipulate n blocks in a sequence.

So basically there's no solution, because Bitcoin blocks come too rarely and no one would wait more than a few seconds for a random number. My guess is that we'll first see a bullet-proof random number generator on Ethereum.

On Ethex, people aren't playing against the house, right? They create a common pot, basically playing against each other?
Against the house for now.Is there any roadmap published anywhere? Will this change? Even so, Ethex is a great dapp.

Honestly, I think the best start would be to actually keep your identities hidden. Law is stupid when it comes to this kind of things, and law shouldn't be followed when it's stupid.

What is Ethex:
We are a cheat-free, simple and fun crypto lottery. There are no registrations, random numbers generators and so on. Your only task is to guess a sequence of 6 symbols of the REAL upcoming Ethereum hash block. You can learn more about the project in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5120151.0
What should be done:
1. Go to the Ethex.bet;
2. Make a cool bet using the ETH-hash symbols at your disposal;

3. Take a screenshot of your bet in Bets Explorer, as it is on the example above;

I like that many new and old project's start partnership with Civic. Almost each week we got several new partnerships. And company really active in that way.
Honestly not sure how long I would have continued going not knowing about Civic if not for Kuende doing the airdrop for Civic holders.
