In my opinion if you play gambling, it is called game but if you have own website gambling and take the fees from there, it is called investments and i think depend on to us. Because on gambling there are choice what will we doing.

Depends what type of gambling you are doing. I mean if you are doing arbitrage or trade sort of betting then yes you can call it investment. But if you purely dependent on luck and picks from tipsters then sorry you cannot call it investment. I think gambling is opposite of investment in fact.
