Re: Altseason Has Almost Arrived For Altcoins.

If what you actually mean by alt season is a time that we will experience a boom in altcoins prices, I will just tell you that it's not at all going to happen anymore. Most of the alts projects at the moment are either scams or not properly put in place to stand the trial of time.

Re: Beware; Do not Fall for Phishing Sites, Do Not Be a Victim of Scams

This has been a very old method through which people's online wallets and exchange wallet were asked. I never thought anyone in cryptocurrency world will still fall for it. I think is now very pertinent that one knows the websites he or she want to visit offhand before inputting or creating a password on them.

Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl?

Whether to trade or hodl depends on the current market trend. Sometimes, hodling can be a blessing and it can as well be a doom if the market trend is not properly studied before decision is made.

Re: Projects that failed to keep their promise in 2019

What I see is that most people do not even at all understand the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. They only have a belief that cryptocurrency investment pays hugely and they only want to be rich quickly. You will see that most of the investors do not invest for the use purpose but just to buy at ICO cheaply and sell at profit.

Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do?
by

IEOs and STOs recently invented are the ways out. The problem is just that despite the rate at which losses were made to ICOs in the past, many people still invest huge sum in it hoping to be extremely rich in a jiffy while they get scammed in the end of the process.

Being over smart is what makes a scammer. If you as an investor thinks of being smart in an arithmetic progression, scammers are doing same in the geometric progression in a very huge positive ratios.

Re: Gold and Crypto

I doubt if bitcoin has gained up on the legacies gold has had. Gold always enjoys a relatively stable an increased value over time and it has a chance of changing one's financial life overtime. Bitcoin on the other hand is just based on illogical predictions and speculations which may never be. Although, bitcoin can change one's Financial status in a jiffy but no one can be certain of that. It is just based on luck which may sometimes overturn someone.

As much as I would like to have and engage in something like this, it is unfortunate that it is nearly impossible as there is not country which will support that. We can see the case of set back and rejection the bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are getting from the government bodies.

You have put up a very little but bulky message up here. Just that having an IEO run on binance does not guarantee the success of such project. I just heard of one doing so badly after getting listed on the same binance after its IEO on the same platform.

I am not one of those that believe exchange on which IEO is conducted determines the success. The project success depends on the team and how achievable their objectives are.

Hodling is currently a monetary suicide for cryptocurrency investors nowadays. Selling within minutes of listing on exchange is the only through which the loss can be avoided or be at the barest minimum.

Hard fork I think should not take that long except they are considering the current value of ethereum. Remember the last bitcoin fork was around the greatest bull run in the history of cryptocurrency.

Re: There is a better alternative to Bitcoin and why not use it?

What happens is that most of us do not even know the core use of bitcoin beyond using it as a means of payment, buying to hodl for the time of boom and a tool of making big return overnight. Less than 0.1% of people holding bitcoin do not know the core use of bitcoin.

Alibaba is a well known corporate organization that is highly placed. What people may doubt is their ability to go into cryptocurrency and succeeding in it. We should fold our arms and see how positive things unfold.

Re: What is the difference?
by

on 15/12/2019, 07:09:03 UTC
I doubt if the government of any country can adopt cryptocurrency as their legal tender in the country. The maximum they can do is to adopt the blockchain technology in solving some paramount problems. Adoption of cryptocurrency will make them lose the power to monitor monetary policies in the country and no country can afford that.
