So nearly two months later, and not a goddamn thing has been done, or even replied to regarding order #21047.

I do not want a refund.  I want what I payed for, what was in the "completed" order.

If I do not receive some sort of reply to my queries in one week, I will be consulting with an attorney. Fair warning.

Order completed #21047 on November 6, but has been "in queue to be funded" since.

I've posted two support tickets on the site with no answer.

I've called and left a voicemail with no answer.

I sent a support e-mail with no answer.

I posted in the feedback thread twice with no answer - granted I should have posted here first, but I did not know about this thread until now.

I'm hoping this can get resolved quickly. I really, really want to be able to keep trusting this service.

Hoping you saw my post earlier regarding order 21047. Paid and in queue to be funded on Nov. 6.

Please help when you can.

It's been nearly two weeks since I ordered and my private key is still not funded - it has been "in queue to be funded" for 13 days.

I've tried calling, and left a message on the voicemail service. I've submitted two tickets on the site over the past two weeks, and today I sent a support e-mail.

So far, I've not gotten any reply.

My order number is 21047.

If there is some issue, I am trying to be understanding, but if someone had your money for two weeks and still had not delivered, I'm sure you would be a little antsy too. I really have enjoyed the service thusfar, and would like to be able to continue to do so.

I realize it's like this to prevent bots/spamming, but man it's kind of a chore when you only really want/need to get into one specific thread to address an issue.

Problems with btcQuick?

Has anybody else using this service been having problems having your private key funded?

I've used it a few times and previously had a very good experience buying small quantities of bitcoin, but the last order I made almost two weeks ago still has not been funded.

In the meantime, they've run out of stock, re-stocked, and subsequently run out again. I feel like I'm being swindled, or my order was placed at very low priority because I happened to buy just before the recent price explosion.

I really truly hope that's not the case.

New here. Just trying to get out of newbie jail because I have a beef that needs posting in a certain feedback thread.
