I don't think there is much we can do here in the US. If you don't want to bring attention to yourself, bring it in small transactions(less than $10,000) and spread them out over a long period of time.

 Cheesy I love it! It's quick, simple, and it gets straight to the point. Maybe it will show the MtGox people that they need to start upgrading their servers.

The reason some people are unable to receive the confirmation message is because of how the CoinAd e-mail servers are setup. Reverse DNS fails. So your e-mail server and mine will refuse all e-mail messages from them saying "Sender Verify Failed". They need to fix that.
