2. what is the ping score to : speedtest.usa.nicehash.com
3. how stable is power supply? (UPS etc., how many % online ratio)
4. what temp is inside?
5. how can i make a payment?
6. from what supplies (batches) are L3+, D3?
7. are power supplies new?
8. can I manually configure the remote machine?
9. what if antminer fails?

1. EU: 43ms
2. USA: 165ms
3. power is twice secured - this place is supplied from 2 powerplants. 100% so far - we are running this place for 7 months
4. there is cold and hot corridor - cold is around 20°C, hot is around 45°C
5. btc, ltc, dash, doge, wire transfer. No PayPal.
6. L3+ and D3 are from October batches, some of D3s are from 1-15 November batch (weird but they were delivered yesterday)
7. never used
8. customers have full access to the configuration webpage as to SSH (you can reconfigure miners anytime w/o any action needed from us)
9. we can send those to repair after filling Bitmains RMA (if its your own miners you have to fill the RMA, if bought from us we are filling RMA form) or any other options you ask for. One worldwide shipping is in the price.
If you need only manual restart its possible any daytime, this facility is 10minutes by car from me.

I see that ping results are better than for example Orange provide for some locations in EU, but worse than Geant data network.
What is the certainty that the 12-month plan will be kept by you? This is a matter between you and the data center and the relationship. I know it's a delicate topic but it's worth knowing if it is possible.
