Согласен 40% на бизнесе реального сектора - это практически не возможно. Такую прибыль можно получить только в секторе инноваций или за нелегальные операции. Если бы в релаьном секторе столько можно было заработать, никто бы в крипту не лез.
Вы Whitepaper вообще читаете? Там, в общем-то описано что к чему

Regulatory problems and in particular about the problem that some people are excluded from participation in investments because of the law in their home countries. I can imagine that tokenized real estate will also be classified as a type of security. Do you think so?
