Re: Should I buy now or I should still wait for the dip?
by

The bitcoin price rises after 4 years after the last rise. Thus we expect the price of the bitcoin to start to rise at the end of this year 2023 and fall in 2025. My advice is to buy bitcoin is the price becomes higher than 32 000 USD for 1 Bitcoin.  In 2025 we expect the price for 1 Bitcoin to be approximately 150 000 USD before falling to 50 000 USD.

Re: UK hospital launches rehab programme for bitcoin addiction
by

I wonder how those MDs in that hospital are paid? Where those money for their salaries come from? Bitcoin was created to give people money, a doctor in Romania is asking for hundreds of Euros  for a direct consultation (altough the Romania official money is Leu).

I was reading 2 days ago that a medical assistant was saying that he went to hospital duties for a day and he has not got his salary. I was in hospital with FORCE 10 years ago, and they have steal all that I had (money, clothes, etc). I've got no food and no sleep for 5 weeks, I was locked with force in 2 square meters as in prison for half a day.

Those men in the hospital were STEALING money from the patients to release them.

Work on the internet for bitcoin. Ask your employer to pay your salary through Bitwage. Bitwage has a USD receiving account and they send you Bitcoin (the next day after they receive your salary).

Re: Why Bitcoin can't be banned
by
valentin68
on 08/08/2019, 18:51:46 UTC
Bitcoin can not be banned because the bitcoin network is made up of 7000 nodes. These 7000 nodes are in many countries, thus if someone shuts down some of these nodes , the other nodes remain.
This is why the bitcoin can not be banned. A country can disconnect from the internet, but this would not ban (interdict) the bitcoin in that country. There are internet satellites, there are many possibilities to connect to the internet from a country that has disconnected itself from this.

One can shut down the internet on a country, but that country citizens can go to their friends and connect to the internet from there.
A country does not have one ISP,  every country has many ISPs and every of these ISPs has its connection the internet.

A country government can say whatever, can do whatever, it can not interdict the bitcoin because simply I can go to another country or connect to the internet through another ISP.

Re: Imagine that you're new to crypto now
by

There are some good rules for this.
If you want to invest in this, then invest in Bitcoin. Never invest in more than 2 alt coins.

Do not invest more than 0.5% of your earnings. Better, if you are new, do not invest your hard earned money in something that you do not know. It is risky, it is like gambling lottery or roulette.

If you have decided to do this, read some books (stock market, forex, etc).  Then try to trade for 15 years on virtual money not on real money. Read everything you can on this, read everything you find on the internet, etc.

After 15 years doing this (on virtual money) you will learn that you can earn good money.

Re: Did Satoshi think that quantum computers will exist?
by

on 06/08/2019, 08:08:06 UTC
Satoshi Nakamoto is a mathematician. I am a physicist. I had  a mathematics professor that could be compared with Satoshi Nakamoto. When bitcoin was invented in 2009, the quantum adventure was at its beginnings.

I made my PhD thesis on quantum wells (in 2000), in 2009 what was in my PhD thesis was learned in the QM in the 2nd year of faculty.  When bitcoin was invented no one could say that Quantum Computers will be invented in 10 years.

Thus, Satoshi Nakamoto did not think that quantum computers will exist when he invented the bitcoin.

Re: Reason for the current BTC bull run
by
valentin68
on 05/08/2019, 10:50:28 UTC
A very kind person explained what you are asking very simple to me.

20 years ago, in my country there were almost no money. People were spending all their salaries on food (2 loafs of bread, 1 kg of potatoes, etc). There were no money for paying utilities, going to another country, etc.

Every day I had to read the supermarkets food prices from the junk mail. Every price was low and every food price was lower with 10% , 16%, etc than it should be.

In 20 years, because of these leaflets with food prices, the price of food has increased 100x (100 times) in my country.

This is the reason for the bitcoin bull run. The food prices have gone up (have increased) with 100x in the last 20 years, and they will continue to increase in the next 10 years because everyone in this world reads his junk mail, where the food prices go up every day.

Re: Artificial Inteligence + blockchain = deadly combination?

AI is at its beginning. There will be another 50 years from now for the artificial intelligence to be what it says (a robot that can be faster than a human).

To have a robot that can work for me, to have a robot that can go to the market and buy food for me and make my dinner would be very good.

In my opinion, the artificial intelligence + blockchain will send the world in the next 100 years of progress.

Re: Good news! Bitcoin Price Breaks $10K Barrier
by
valentin68

In the next 60 days the bitcoin price will continue to hoover at approx this value 10 000 USD/1 bitcoin.

Then, probably in September the bitcoin price will start to increase (from 9000 USD/1 bitcoin) up to (very probable) 14 000 USD/1 bitcoin.

We do not know what will happen next, but it is very probable that at the end of 2023, 1 bitcoin will have a value of
500 000 USD.

Re: Bitcoin - A deflationary Currency
by
valentin68
on 02/08/2019, 11:19:04 UTC
There is a law in physics named "The law of entropy increasing". It says that whatever you do, whatever you say, the entropy (the disorder) in this world increases. For example: I sweep in my home with a broom, I make more disorder outside my home when I throw the trash.

This is what happens with the money in the world, no matter what I am doing (deleting the zeros from some paper money, making 100 000 000 whatever money to be 100 new money, etc) the total money in this world increases.  With the total money, the prices increase.  In my country in the last 10 years, the prices have increased approx 7 times, while the salaries increased 1.5 times.

A deflationary currency is a currency that makes the prices to increase slower than the salaries. That is, a person can afford to go travel to other countries, can feed himself and his family very good, can buy 3 homes, etc. In this understanding bitcoin is a deflationary currency. It allows the earnings (the reward of a person work) to grow faster than the prices.

Re: 85% of All Bitcoin Have Now Been Mined!!!
by
valentin68
on 02/08/2019, 07:54:03 UTC
The bitcoin mining is effective, the last bitcoin will be mined somewhere in 2140.

As of today, to mine 1 bitcoin there are necessary resources with a value of approximately 12 000 USD (energy, electronic equipment, buildings, air conditioning, man power etc).

This is why the price of 1 bitcoin is going up, because every product in this world has the price of the work and resources necessary to manufacture it.

Re: With Bitcoin, a future is not clear
by
valentin68
on 31/07/2019, 10:20:15 UTC
There are people that have done this. They sold their properties for money. They were left with nothing in 20 years after they sold their properties.

A property is something sacred, it is a lifetime work, you can not sell a property for some bitcoins, saying that the bitcoin value will appreciate. There is no person in this world that can say what the future will give. There is no person in this world that can say, tomorrow this and this will happen every minute.

We can say that the day of tomorrow will be approximately as today, maybe somewhat brighter maybe somewhat worse, but we can not say precisely what will happen in 3 years from now.

Thus my advice is not to sell.

Re: Trading Real estate for bitcoins your opinion
by
valentin68
on 29/07/2019, 10:59:47 UTC
Don't sell your real estate property for bitcoins.
Bitcoin is very good, but real estate is very, very good. Having 2 or 3 homes is better than having a home and bitcoins.

Thorough the humanity history people have done this (sell the real estate property for money) and they were left with nothing in less than 10 years.

Bitcoin is like Gold and appreciating the Bitcoin value is like building a home. It is work every day for years.
If you sell your real estate property for bitcoins you will have to work twice once for that home (to build a new home) and once to appreciate the value of the bitcoin.

Bank of China is the No 1 bank in this world. There is no bank as good as Bank of China.
In the history of humanity the Chinese people has made miracles in commerce. They are very good merchants.

If the Bank of China is promoting Bitcoin, then the Bitcoin future for the next 10 years is very good.

Re: The peak, how it is determined?
by
valentin68
on 27/07/2019, 08:03:08 UTC
The peak is determined mathematically and statistically.  Mathematics (and physics) is the science of the nature.

Say that you have some goods that you want to sell. Example plumes. When it is summer you have many plumes and you sell them for a lower price. When winter comes, you have less plumes and you increase the price. You can not increase the price too much because people will not buy from you.

This is what happens in nature.  There is an average and a deviation of the prices (say) from this average. 97.8% of the events happen in 2 standard deviations from the average.

When the bitcoin price has increased (gone up, appreciated) in 2017, it had gone to approx 3 standard deviations from the average value.  In 3 standard deviations 99.9% of the events in nature happen.

When the bitcoin price will start to increase (to go up, to appreciate) very probably in the fall of 2019 the peak will be (probably in 2023) approx 3.1 standard deviations.

Prices start to increase in the fall, because winter comes.
