If you have problem with synchronization, do next:

1- rename wallet or move to another place
2- remove database ([database], blk0001.dat, blk0002.dat, blkindex.dat)
3- rebuild database from scratch or from backup (6 month or earlier)
4- restart with saved wallet with -rescan argument.

With new version v2.0 no more automatic port mapping.
Please use manual port mapping in router (18775 port)
I see only 3 connections on default port. Network may be very unstable.

New wallet have only performance improvements from me and visual changes from crypto-city team.
No hardfork, no rescan needed , old 1.1.4 wallet compatible, except voting functions.
PS. I do not check crypto-city windows wallets, only use my own compilation.
