[ANN] [BNRM] Binarium -100% POW CPU/GPU Minable (GhostRider) | SmartNodes
Binarium is our first major blockchain project. It is basically a fork of Raptoreum, which was a fork from Dash, which was a fork from Bitcoin.
Why did we chose this fork ? Because of it’s mining algorithm first of all due to it’s capabilities to reject ASIC which are very known to consume a lot of power.
Our team believes that POW is more fair way of coin distribution.
But you can stake your coins just by making an internal transactions within your wallet.
Note: You don't need to send your coins to someone else wallet.
Thanks to staking with SmartNodes mechanism, you contribute to the security and decentralisation of the Blockchain network.
The higher the percentage of staked assets in the network, the more difficult it is to attack it.

Our team believes SmartNodes is better than POS as all transactions are verified by
miner yet you can stake your coins without locking them.
The idea is simple: a coin that helps people earning assets while mining and staking using the Binarium features.
Each Mined block offers 5000 Binariums, from this
75% goes to the miner
20% goes to the smartnodes
5% goes to the developers to maintain the network.
The Binarium blockchain has already integrated private wallets where the balance can be hidden directly from the wallet.
The smartnodes are accessible directly from the wallet as well.
CPU Friendly
GhostRider algorithm is both CPU/GPU Minable but CPU's are more efficient for mining Binarium.
Smartnodes
Smartnodes are used to handle smart contracts, and provide 51% \ double spend protection. In addition this allows:
- Larger allowed contract size.
- Greater variety of programming languages can be used.
- Removes the scaling issues and large increase in gas tx fees.

It´s a very young coin. Whitepaper will be release in March and than they begin with the marketing. They also waiting for the approvement from the exchange crypto bridge.

There wasn't significant UP like on the BTC that since $6k bottom is up to $11k
The corrections of whole market will end and turn to new cycle of bull market sooner or later, but it will. Consequently, Solaris price will recover to somewhere around $40-50 soon and might surpass $60 in the first half of 2018 when txbit.io exchange officially operated in the near future. If this one has several trading pairs, Solaris will flight to the Moon, definitely. Just ran some numbers. I mined $9.13 in XLR in the last 24 hours. https://whattomine.com/ says I could mine $8.53 selling to Nicehash. I think I will stick around mining until April and not support the Nicehash monster.
Come April, I hope the devs have some good reasons for consumers to buy this coin. The only reason consumers have been buying is for masternodes. I don't think staking is a sufficient reason for consumers to come back. I have other coins that are PoW/PoS, and they are considered shitcoins.

Whats going to make people buy this coin? Im just confused because I see alot of coins selling just the idea of a return of investment, and nodes, but thats it ....everyone is going to get a node, then the mining stops, miners mine something else and the coin tanks in price when there is no more buying and selling
I see three things planned for future release:
1. Staking. A lot of other coins have this. It will attract small investors who don't have
2. ZeroSolaris implementation. Hiding your coins from peeping eyes is always attractive. Whether you are doing it for good or evil purposes, you will still need a solid method. The delay in its release indicates that the developers are interested in stability not a scam. They have till April (block 259200) to make it work.
3. txbit.io. This has the potential to double the value of XLR. No other coin has this. Depending upon how it will benefit masternodes and staking, I might be justified for holding my coins.
Personally, I am going to stick around and see what happens. I mined another 0.54581014 XLR today to add to my stake in April
Agree with you, and I also think this coin has a good future after all of this.
Dev team are good and serious and they know what they are doing.
Like I said I invested some money in Solaris and expecting from this coin min 100$ this year

I haven't tried the cooperative masternodes, however I have mined with CryptoHub before. They sent my mined assets to my external wallets just fine, in the time they promised. So I have no reason not to trust them. I imagine the cooperative node works like this - you send your assets to CryptoHub, so do the other n number of people, they set up the node for you, lock those assets and set up the node. They keep part of the proceeds to themselves, and send the other ones out in proportion to the % of the node you own.
Thanks, I thought the same, and I also think the risk is the same like sending coins to any other exchange to buy or sell.
I think this is a good opportunity for us who don't have enough XLR for own masternode.

I bought some Solaris Yesterday on Kucoin, and i would like to know, there is some possibility to stake them without a masternode or not yet?
Another thing, txbit will not be decentralized exchange, but a normal exchange, am i right?

Option # 1, if not enough for the full masternode - Cooperative masternodes (cryptohub.online/masternodes/), possibly make another set.
Option # 2, wait for the exchange to start txbit.io
Did anyone try with Cooperative masternodes (cryptohub.online/masternodes)?
I was thinking about it because I don't have enough XLR for masternodes.

I am very optimistic about this project. Besides this project, it is a master node and the developer is a long-term plan.

Some people probably dumped because the development team looks young. It could just be 2 people doing everything vs a team. As for the linked in profiles. They are probably new because the younger generation all uses facebook. Hell I'm in my 30's and just created a linked in profile for the first time. It's just like the job market... Everyone wants people with minimum 5-10 years experience. Well you are not going to have that fresh out of college. I would focus less on their age and more about the product they deliver.
It doesn't mean anything bad if they are young, many young people have amazing ideas and became rich. Also, technology is more for younger people, and crypto world is for everyone
