Due to the increased worldwide regulatory interest in ICOs, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that The Wanted Systems ICO complies with all applicable securities and other laws.  As a result, we are currently undergoing the legal counsel necessary to hold an ICO. This process will likely last a few weeks. 

We look forward to completing the ICO and throughout this process, we will continue developing our compensation based information collection, and distribution system.

These things are why the project may at the moment seem dormant, but I assure you in the background lots of work is taking place. As stated above we have an announcement coming soon.

Hi, this exact question was answered earlier in the thread.

Validated tips will be used in regards to those that have warrants out for them and did not show up for court. There won't be campaigns based on information that is not proven / spam. It will be up to the authorities to decide what tips are bogus and then counter checked by the civic group.

Since it is anonymous the information will not be available publicly.  In regards to publishing info for campaigns,  it will be published if there is validity and in that case it is already public knowledge.

Just adding to this CMC give a 7 day turn around on issues, they stick very well within this time-frame but things can end up happening on the 7th day.

The Testnet will be the first publically available test of XTRABYTES Proof of Signature (POSIGN) tech, essentially yes this will be the testing of the STATIC Node network.

The idea of a Testnet is to push the network above, and beyond its capabilities, looking for flaws and ways to bring it to its knees. Examples being spamming transactions, exploiting security flaws etc. Because the Testnet does not utilize the existing chain, instead a fork of; there is no risk to users XTRABYTES holdings, thus no reason for people to hold back throwing their worst at the network/system.
