what is the reason that almost all new projects in the space now are exchanges, and the likelihood of scams entering the exchange market is very high, especially a custody exchange like this, where we don't know those people behind the platform
This project was started in 2017
They have EXCC coin (2017)
The exchanger Xchange.me (2018)
The centralized exchange Xult.com
The 3rd thing on the roadmap for Exchange Coin (EXCC) is their decentralized exchange coming later this year.

So youre right that Xult.com is new, but its part of an established project.

They have another swap type exchange thats been around awhile with no problems as you can see here, so that brings me confidence
With all the exchange fees Ive paid through the years, Im going to start using them because I bought a bunch of EXCC coin, so I will be using an exchange that I have an interest in their success.
I feel the coin has flew under the radar and it wont continue to do so for long, as other investors here will realize that using an exchange can benefit them..
Basically, if your going use a product or buy something, "buy it from yourself"
Do you agree its a good idea?

We don't know about other project who offers the same as hypnoxys, paying users through ads system implementated on a chat + encrypted and decentralized.

It seems like it would work in this senerio.
If the coin has already make it to an exchange, then what?? They sell it for the same price as the exhange price??
In this second senerio if the devs sold it for less than the exchange, then who would pay more on the exchange?
So the exchange price would immediately fall for the same price or most likely even less than the ICO
MXC Exchange (mxc.com) is scamming everyone. It said its listing Fetch.io but thats not happening. It announces that its listing some new tokens every time, but thats always a lie. Stay away, people. Stay vigilant.

If it's part of their strategy then you can't anything about it
If this is what they are saying in their terms and conditions before you sign up then it's up to you if you want to proceed with such a bounty or find another one that does not have a lock up period.problem that will discussed, but for sure things is different when after finishing the job and the rules was change due to some issue or developers
decide that's it is requires the hunters doing so, better to have a much clearer rules so issue will not be raised after.

Locking tokens allocated to bounty hunter is actually good both for bounty hunters and the project. It can avoid a project from dumpers which mostly are bounty hunters. Also, bounty hunters who are only want to sell projects' token as soon as they received the bounty payment will be decreased, and the bounty will be only for them who are really believe in the project.
